When asked to correct the issues the workers where not willing to help and did not want to refund or cancel the transaction through SNAP finance in addition to this the workers applied for the SNAP Finance without my knowledge and made me aware of the situation after I was approved. In the store the worker signed for the transaction without my consent.

I paid cash for my furniture on4-21-2020, I was promised it would be delivered within 7 to 21 business days, I have not recieved my furniture they will not refund my money. When I spoke to the manager he told me that he knows how it us to be without and he was raised in the ghetto. I found that very offensive. And has nothing to do with my money or furniture.

On are about January 22,2018 I stopped in this business I ask the young lady if she had a soft king size mattress she took me I said ok how much for this mattress and box spring and mattress cover she said 1244.00 ok deliver this to me took them 4 or 5 days to get it to me that night that was not the mattress it was hard as a rock I called her *** this is not the right mattress ok she said I will send you another one I said just send me the one on the floor I picked out she said she could not so 3 are more days I get another one hard as a rock I went back to the store I said cancel this she said she could not how about a adjustable bed I layed on it she said in will sell you adjustable $500 dollars be $1800.00 by this time I am so tired I said ok 3 days delivered they had to go so a friend triedto hook it up long story short this mattress sinks all the way to the frame very uncomfortable tried and tried to get ahold of her no answer
