WORST COMPANY TO EVER EXIST ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET
If I could give this company negative stars I would. I placed an order with them over 6 months ago, it is impossible to get ahold of any actual person, their contact phone number is not legit, they just keep sending a canned templated email every time I send an email inquiry in, considering there is no actual customer service line that works, saying the order is being pushed back over and over and over month after month and every single email they send says the same exact thing just with the month changed. I have never received such poor customer service and terrible communication. They put fake 5 star reviews on their website and delete all of the bad reviews from the actual legit customers that state they have been scammed and also have been waiting over 6-8-9 (etc.) months for an order that never comes. This is the worst company in existence and I would never recommend anyone to them. Terrible terrible terrible! Absolutely horrendous! I am disgusted at this company.

Worst place
my order took 3 months and when it arrived. I opened it to set up the table and when I put the top it is cracked. and they told me that after opening the box they could not return the object. I do not recommend that anyone buy anything in this place furniturePick

Worst ever
Worst company to order from! Do not order from this company. They will take your money and you will not get what you paid for. Customer service is even worse!

In October 2019 I ordered a sofa from Furniture Pick. I was given a delivery date with no option to change it. I was going to be away that whole week, so in order to change the date, I had to wait another 2 weeks. Finally my sofa was scheduled to arrive between 5 and 9 pm. I waited until 9:15 and had to leave. Someone called at 9:30 to tell me they were at the house. I couldn't get back. Next delivery date was 2 weeks after that between 6 and 9 pm. I waited until 11 pm. No call. No delivery. No apology. I had to cancel my order and get another sofa from a reputable company. Delivery was in two days. I will never order from Furniture Pick again.

I ordered a dresser for my sons room and was told it would be delivered between 4-8pmNo one came during that time and so I emailed the company (which never responded)That evening at 10:30pm when my whole family was asleep, my doorbell started ringing!! It was the delivery people who could not have cared less they just woke two small children! When I emailed the company again, they first said, well they out source the delivery and to make it up to me, offered me free pillows??? What kind of customer service is that?

I would not encourage anyone to order from this fraudulent companyAfter waiting almost an entire month with a status of "Process/Submitted" on their website, I called to inquire with one of their customer service representativesI was given a status of "Backordered" by the customer service representative on one dayThe customer service representative recommended that I consider an alternative to my previous orderI agreed and searched for alternativesI called the customer service representative the next day with a list of possible alternativesI was then notified by the customer service representative that all items on my list of alternatives were discontinuedThe customer service representative then offered a cancellation option because they were experiencing difficulty trying to fulfill my orderThe customer service representative provided me with the Furniture Pick email address and instructions to request the cancellation of my orderI then proceeded to send the cancellation requestAfter about minutes, the customer service representative calls and states that my order had shipped a few days prior to my initial callI asked why he did not know the status initially and was concerned that Furniture Pick was operating under pretensesI also stated that I had already sent the cancellation request to Furniture Pick and did not want to have any dealings with a company who operated under pretensesThe next day, I received an email from someone else who did not provide their status at Furniture Pick, stating that they had shipped my order and would try their best to expedite a deliveryThe individual from Furniture Pick also stated that they would charge me a 25% restocking feeI thought this was very interesting because my status never changed from "Processing/Submitted" on their website; and their customer service representative was not aware of their statusThis company should not be in business because they probably do not deliver to my area or in the state

Horrible customer service, advertisingthis website advertises 1-weeks for deliveryas I have called times and get the same run around from each person I spoke to about my productthe customer service reps RUDELY talk over you because they do not want to actually listen to what your concern is, they would rather give you their "speech" and get you off the phone as soon as possible

I ordered 2 nightstands Nov 12th. It did not say on the website that the items were not in stock. When contacted, the business stated "they were waiting for the item to ship from the manufacturer" and " with the holiday approaching the time would be lengthed to the beginning of December to ship. I ordered an items a week and a half ago and have still not received a shipping date or track number. I emailed them 3 times with no response and have called repeated to be put on hold and then it automatically hangs up! They have my credit card information and I ant get in touch with them to cancel my order!!! Horrible customer service!

Review: At the beginning of May I ordered a bed and nightstand from this company, for over a week the order status stated processing. On the 12th of may I contacted the company and the customer service representative told me they had all except one piece of my order and early the next week the missing piece would be at their facility and my order would be shipped. I was fine with this but when early the next week I checked the status again it stated the order was cancelled. The next morning I called the company and they told me that despite the fact I was calling to see why my order was cancelled I sent them an email stating that I sent them an email and cancelled the order. I argued with them and all they would tell me is that they can't do anything and they would not tell me who sent the email and would not forward me a copy of the email. I asked to speak to a manager and all I got multiple times is that no managers were in that day. I have since left 2 messages for a manager and have had no response. Thankfully none of my information was compromised yet but the company was not concerned that someone who could cancel my order now also had access to my credit card information. Moral of the story is that I'm not sure how this happened but they were no help to solve the problem and I seems extremely shady. I would not recommend anyone to use this company, I found a better bed for only a little more, the deals on this site are not worth it.Desired Settlement: I feel this company is hiding something and would like a manager to contact me and explain how this happened.

Review: I purchased 6 dining room chairs and they are very poor quality. We cannot even use them. They literally become undone, screws will fall off, washers will fall off and two of the seats broke 6 months after purchase. I made the online purchase in August 2013. It took at least 6 weeks for the delivery. I have contacted the company via phone and email and they are very uncooperative,Desired Settlement: I want to send the chairs back and ultimately get my money back or I want to replace the chairs. I will not however do business with this company again

Review: Item was ordered 8/25 with processing/delivery in 1-3 weeks. It has been 4 weeks and item has still not been processed or delivered. I have called several times over the last month, with no one being able to tell me when the item will be delivered. I am beginning to think this website is a scam. Most recent calls the week of 9/15 have estimated delivery by 9/19. After no response (although promised a call on 9/17), I called again on 9/18. At this time, the customer service professional did not know when item would be received by the manufacturer, but guessed that it "might" be delivered 9/24. I asked to speak with a manager. After an extremely long hold, I was told no manager was available. I then requested a manager call me tomorrow (when one would be available), but the customer service agent told me he could not promise me this would occur. Desired Settlement: I want my item delivered immediately, and a partial refund to compensate for the delay, not fulfilling their end of the transaction, unresponsiveness, and extremely poor customer service.

Review: I ordered furniture from this site knowing that the furniture would take a while to arrive (1-4 weeks). I placed two separate orders using two separate credit cards to divide the payments up on the 29th of last month. I am just moving into my apartment (today is the first full day), so I sent them a message a couple of days ago since no one answered the phone asking when the processing of the order would be over - online it says that the most up to date information will be in the order area of the account and it still says that it is processing, not that it is ready, not that it is in the warehouse, nothing. A guy calls and says that they have the bed set ready, but they are waiting for another 2-4 weeks for the couches. (During this call, I am driving 12 hours to get to my new apartment.) He promised that I would receive an email stating that it was in the warehouse and ready for delivery. Do I receive that email ever? No. So I called them again today. The guys that I spoke to today kept on telling me that he had no idea when they would be able to deliver anything and that I had to wait until next Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday to find out when it would ship for the items that WERE available, even though online, it shows no status of items doing anything other than processing, but he has no idea when the items would be able to ship because they won't know until they get other furniture in. And the couches, he still has no idea when those would be in, maybe sometime within the next month. I told him that since they had no idea when they could deliver and I wouldn't find out until right before that I wanted to cancel (this was around 11 a.m. this morning). He refused to cancel and I am now refusing to pay for or accept orders that they take no responsibility in following through with communicating with people. I don't have internet on my phone, but apparently they CAN decide when to send an order after the guy claimed that they have absolutely no way of deciding when to ship an order until they get furniture in over the weekend.Desired Settlement: Cancel my order like I asked before they decided to figure out how to ship.

Review: I ordered a table from Furniture Pick and received the product with one major piece missing. Upon calling the customer service to report the issue, the customer service was rude and denied that there was a part missing. I had to go to the manufacturer to get the missing part and had to pay the shipping fees for the part myself. Furniture pick did not even send me the installation instructions with the parts. Additionally the piece they sent me had the wrong table top, the table was also slightly damaged. To add to it, the piece was delivered outside of the delivery window which was on a Saturday evening between 5 and 9pm. The delivery only happened around 10pm. There was no call until 8:30pm to let me know of the late delivery and the driver wanted to cancel the delivery because it was going to be late. only upon my insistence did the driver agree to deliver the table on that day.Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund for the damaged product, cost of the missing part which I had to order from the manufacturer and the inconvenience I incurred.
