I ordered a Kitchenaide mixer December 29th, that came with a rebateI kept waiting for the message that it had been shipped and got nothingI called in the second week of January and spoke with *** who THEN advised that it was on backorder and would not ship until the 19th of JanuaryNoone called me and told me this!! So I waited until the 19th, no notificationI finally get a notification on the 22nd of January that it has finally shippedI receive the mixer on the 28th of January but no rebateI sens an email asking where it is*** said there is no more rebate on the mixer because it expires on the 30th of JanuaryBUT there is a rebate on the grinder????(The thing I DID NOT order! I told him to fix thisIt was his fault and bad customer service is no excuseHaven't heard from him or that good for nothing lying company since!!! I want all other out of state online order customers to not fall for the scheme that I didI ordered an appliance from them because it was the lowest price I found online, but a few hours later I saw that the item came in stock on Target's website at a lower priceSo I called to see if I could get a price match or cancel my order and the customer service agent was very slow and not pleasantHe said that I could not cancel my order because it had already shipped (in a matter of hours) and that I would have to pay for return shipping on the itemIt is not illegal to charge for return shipping, but customers should realize it up frontI had such a poor experience with them that I want to share the word with fellow consumers so that others do not have the same experience that I had and know to be wary of their archaic business practices
I had a very difficult time with them price matching and also they would not apply promotional codes to the price matched itemsI had a very frustrating experience with their customer service both over the phone and online and will never be buying from them again
I read a bunch of reviews about this website. I looked into it because the Kitchenaid mixers were an amazing price. It seemed to go to be true. The reviews were 50/50. I feel its important to share because I really look at reviews to help me with decisions. I questioningly ordered my mixer and hoped for the best. It said free 3 day shipping . I ordered it friday night and got it Tuesday morning and monday was MLK day. So I got it quickly at an excellent price. I absolutely love it. I've used it twice and it works great and is very beautiful. My rebate wasn't in the box. Not sure if it fell out of the box because it looked like it tore and got retaped or if they didn't send it. I emailed them Tuesday night and got a very helpful response from a lady named [redacted] on Wednesday morning. So with the rebate, hoping I get it, I will have gotten the big mixer for the price of a small one. Even without the rebate it is the least expensive one I could find. I had a great experience and excellent customer service. I highly recommend EverythingKitchens!!!
I recently ordered a Kitchenaid Pro 7 qt mixer from Everything Kitchens. The price was competitive there was also a promotion that I found only on Everything Kitchens, so I received my long coveted machine for a very good price. No problem with manufacturer's free item. What surprised me was how quickly it was shipped and arrived. I occasionally receive an email but am not inundated like I am from W-S. Well done!
