Regarding the repairs to [redacted] The $diagnostic charge was unrelated to the engine replacement and would be considered the customer's responsibilityToyota [redacted] was able to help [redacted] with the repairing of her vehicle even though it was outside of the parameters of the oil consumption customer support programToyota will be happy to refund [redacted] for any rental charges that she incurred during the repair of her engine on the [redacted] She will need to send copies of any rental bills to [redacted] Please contact [redacted] with any other questionsThank you [redacted] ***

I am working directly with Toyota at this timeWhen I asked your service department there was no mention of it having to be accomplished in a northern stateThe vehicle was registered in [redacted] prior to my purchase, I would have reevaluated my buying the vehicle if I knew about this now being an issue Sincerely [redacted] ***

Toyota of Easley has verified that the knee airbag is installed correctly. Toyota of Easley picked vehicle up from customer, replaced auxiliary port and power port at no cost to customer. Toyota of Easley detailed vehicle and filled with fuel. Toyota of Easley verified dash
replacement was done correctly and then returned vehicle to customer. Toyota of Easley has determined that no other dash related repairs are needed at this time. Toyota of Easley would be happy to work with customer if there are any additional concerns

Customer was made aware upfront of possible additional repairs due to the age of the vehicle.  Service Department kept customer informed on progress and delays.  Toyota of Easley will be happy to consider assisting customer with additional expenses upon the completion of the vehicle.

[redacted] requested a certain  vehicle model this dealership does not stock
and asked dealership to order.  This was
done with the understanding there would be a charge of $500 to locate and
deliver, customer understood and signed paperwork stating this fee was
non-refundable....

 Upon delivery customer
decided against purchase of vehicle. 
Dealership will refund customer $500 upon clearance of check
from bank.
