On February 15, 2018, I, *** *** went on a girls nightWent to movies, dinner, etcthere was over $in my accountOn that next Monday February 19, My account on the mobile app stated I had $in the account and there were no pending transactionsI take out $via atm and $at McDonaldsThe next day my account cleared the transactions from the night of the 15th adding over $in feesI spoke with a banker on WedFeb 21,She promised I would receive a call for a solutionI did not receive a callI showed up the next day and spoke with manager DeniseShe stated,” that’s the way the system was when you use credit instead of debit” and that “Prime Trust is ok with charging their customer $for overdrafting the account by $30” I understand and do not mind paying an overdraft feeBut $for $is asurbNot happy with the service I received nor do I feel safe to bank with Prime Trust

I am a real estate investor, property manager, and real estate broker licensed in the state of Indiana I am also an authorized independent agent for a federally registered MSB (Money Service Business) On 8/10/2018, I opened a deposit account with PrimeTrust Federal Credit Union, in Muncie, Indiana for the purpose of allowing my tenants and MSB clients to make cash deposits to my account at any network branch location This information was disclosed to the customer service associate, Shannon, when I opened the deposit account On 8/16/2018, I was contacted by MsDana B*** from PrimeTrust and advised that my deposit account had been frozen, due to suspicion of fraudulent activity I was a bit bewildered and asked why? MsB*** stated that I had received various deposits to my account from out of state, and she stated there had been a complaint made by one of individuals that made a cash deposit to my account I inquired as to what deposit transaction was this complaint

This credit union is a joke! They charge me overdraft fee's when I have still have money in my account and refuse to helpThe funniest part about it, I don't have the overdraft option on my accountThey are rude any time I call to try to figure it outJust last month, they charged me $in overdraft fee's and over $of that I still had money in my account! And I probably wouldn't have had the other over draft charges had it not been from the previous ones taking $out of my account for every $charge I used my card for! I, also, know other's this has happened to as wellThey are only getting star because I can't give them zero!

I have a car loan with Prime Trust FCUI got the loan Aug13th, 2014, the car has NEVER been repossessedOnly one time was it ever past 60days delqWhen I first signed the loan I declined adding checking acct because I already had one, however I was specifically told by Char that PrimeTrust would NOT be taking funds from my acct without my permissionI decided to open a checking in Jan and it was honestly THE WORST decision I ever madeEver since I have had problem after problem As of today, June 22, 2018, my loan is only days past due INCLUDING day grace period (My payment was due May 27th)Michelle, (collections for Prime Trust) continuously places holds on my funds in the checking acct without my permissionI requested for the holds to stop and Michelle only states, "Well anytime you're delq we can and will place holds it's in your loan document" I stated Char explained that would not be done and her reply was "Well she no longer works here!" I even told her I w

I will never use this credit union againI participate in shared branchThe teller at the branch on Bethel was extremely rude to meShe was not friendly or helpfulI deposited a non payroll check which I have for the last months every two weeksShe told me there would be a one day hold which apparently is standardMy bank released the hold, but when I was asking about it because I had never heard that before no one ever told me there would be a hold she became defensiveShe kept arguing with me, she wouldn't look into the situation and just kept saying the same thing over and overI asked to talk to her manager and she calmly explained the situation to me and the tellerThe teller learned she could check my account to see if the gold was releasedI will never use this credit union againI don't appreciate being treated the way she didI get it's your job and maybe I don't understand but I will not be talked down to

I have banked with Primetrust for over years, In that time I have had only a handful of overdraft fees (literally or 5), no major issues on my end with the account at all However, primetrust has on multiple occasions placed holds on incoming deposits for extended durations, in violation of there own posted policies In addition to this, Primetrust placed a recent overdraft change on my account that was the result of a bank error, and when asked to waive said fee as it was not the result of my action, they declined to do so Primetrust has also repeatedly forced me to purchase ATM cards rather than issuing me replacements, and refuses to allow a year customer to have checking account because my credit score is too low (its not even bad credit, its just not great credit) This business is a fine example of greed at its best I will be switching banks at the earliest chance
