Greetings, Sorry to involve the Revdex.com in this issue but we assure you that we will take all the necessary steps to resolve this issue. Mr. [redacted] called the store on the 24th of January to report an issue with his mattress.  A service ticket was stared but was not able to be completed without the...

customer’s receipt.  All receipts are marked that they will be needed for warranty issues. Mr. [redacted] came into the store on the 2nd or 3rd without the receipt. At this point we tracked down the customer’s original paperwork.  Mr. [redacted] was told we would get back with him with any kind of update by the end of the day. My name is Rich and I'm sorry I did not call him by the end of the day.  I make no excuses. Mr. [redacted] should have been called at the very least to be reassured that we were on top of the situation. Mr. [redacted] called on 6th or the 7th mentioning that we have not called him, yet. He was informed that we now had the receipt in hand and were able to move forward and that Rich would be calling to set up an inspection. I called him on the 9th and set up the inspection for Tuesday the 14th between 3pm and 6pm. On the day of inspection... the service call just before Mr. [redacted]s went past the time expected and Mr. [redacted] was called and asked if we could be a little late (15 minutes or so). He refused and since that point has not taken our calls or answered our voice messages. As for a resolution, the next step would be an inspection of the mattress. I'm afraid I cannot draw any kind of conclusion until I've seen the mattress... Thank you for your time, Rich [redacted]
