The table in question is still on B.O. with company and will be checking on 12/09/2014. Customer sent pictures to us and normally would replace those parts. We Furniture Source are replacing whole table and when comes in will deliver and...

set up table for customer.
Took about 1 week or more to get pictures from customer and took 8 days to get approval and notified customer that we would replace the whole table and again waiting for B.O.to arrive.

First, their statement is false the pictures were sent the same day, we were told we would be called back but have not received a call to this day from furntiture source. Also a picture can not show that the lights on table does not work, however 2 pictures of the chair was sent. I see no response from them concerning the chair, there is a big chunk of wood missing from the leg of ine chair. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with and I will never patronize them again. I have prchased from them twice and thats twicw too many especially when you lie in your response. It doesn't seem as the Revdex.com is doing much but trust me I will go to the next step to get what We deserve, maybe you all have hundreds of dollars to throw away but we don't. My sister is an attorney and advised us to try Revdex.com first but if not satisfied we will go the next step. It's been long enough and too long too! Act as if this was your money spent and respond accordingly.

Review: We purchased a sofa bed when the sales rep told us the price included the upgraded memory foam mattress. Sofa arrived with cheap mattress. I contacted store and owner numerous times to correct situation. Mr [redacted] had me measure mattress so he could order correct one. Two weeks passed with no mattress or contact. Again numerous attempts to contact store, again a promise of mattress delivery within a week. Again, no delivery or contact. Item ordered is not item that was delivered . They are charging for one product and delivering cheaper product. They continue their deceipt with false promise of fixing problem. Unscrupulous and deceitful practices.Desired Settlement: 4 inch memory foam should be delivered and business should be investigated for this practice

Review: I was sold a Sealys king size mattress by owner [redacted] on July 24th. I was paying it off through layaway. On August 14th, I went to pay rest off and noticed that my name was tagged on a mattress that I did not buy. I brought it to [redacted] attention and asked him to call the owner to get it fixed. [redacted] and [redacted] assured me that I would not only receive the correct mattress, but that I would receive delivery before 12pm. After 2pm, delivery truck shows up and they deliver the wrong mattress. I did not accept the mattress on the truck and immediately called the store to get a refund. I was told by the manager, Joanne that she could not issue me a refund, and that I had to wait for the owner to return from vacation. How can a manger not have authority to issue a refund?Desired Settlement: I want my money back in cash, just like I paid it.
