Yes I signed receipt to releive from shipping company. When shipping company dropped off in drive way the furniture was on a wooden pallet with plywood on all 4 sides plus was wrapped in bubble wrap surrounded by cardboard. The furniture was not damaged during shipment it was shipped damaged. Attaching pics of bed rails so you can see the damage. Had to take bed rails to a professional furniture restorer to be fixed and was told the bed rails would not hold up. At this time not sure how much it's going to cost for repair. Emailed [redacted] a pic of bedrail and was told rails look like someone put a gob of stain on it and it does look ugly and to take some sand paper and sand it down. When talked to [redacted] on the phone he also suggested to take measurement of my mattresses and possibly cut down bedrail. Also attaching pic of holes in the chest dresser which also was taken to professional furniture restorer and was told it will cost $350. Also sending pic of the cracks on the bed head board and foot board.

Review: purchased bedroom furniture from furniture trends west and was told the furniture was in show room condition and upon receiving the furniture we have found numerous issues with the furniture. First I noticed the mirror rails where not shipped and neither was the mattress frame and broken bolts on the drawer rails. On the chest dresser the left panel has three holes and the bed rail was so severely damaged it could not be attached to bed had to take both to a professional furniture repair business to be fixed also numerous cracks throught out the furnitureDesired Settlement: paid top dollar for furniture that is severely damaged would want refund to buy quality furniture
