If you take delivering new merchandise so serious,why did you deliver previously used materials,all second-hand material?

This client had a problem with the dust cover on the bottom of the item he purchased from us, our policy, as stated on our invoice, is to repair per manufacturers warrantyWe employ a furniture technician who takes care of issues such as these, he is very qualified and has years of
experience
However we want our customers to be happy and since he did not want to have his items repaired with a new Dust cover we offered the client a full refund

I just received the letter that was sent on Jan 5th and that is the reason I am just answering to the question The costumer did not received a used mattress, none of our furniture is being used prior to be sold, he might think other wise but we do not reposes any merchandise so there for is impossible to deliver a used piece. thank you

I am sorry that the costumer feels this way about our services but, we do have warranty for the sectional that she purchase and we did exchange the one piece with the nail sticking out because that it is covered by the warranty but we still tried to help the costumer and, the pieces that the...

delivery guys took were not longer in the wrappers because since the other one was damaged we had to make sure the other one was in good conditions so we had to open both pieces and they were ok, the rip that the costumer talks about is under the sofa you have to lift the sofa in order to see it and most of the sofas have and is not covered by the warranty because is neither a cosmetic damage or something that would prevent the furniture from giving the services like, preventing the costume to use it...We do have a 25% restocking fee on our policy and since we made two trips to the costumer's house we would have to charge the costumer for the pick up for the living room. Every costumer has a right to one replacement and she got her one exchange.

The customer was given a refund and the issue has been resolved.

We have already placed the order of the cushion covers , they will arrive at the costumer address., they are delayed but they will arrive as well as the piece underneath ( the Black under cover) along with a kit to replace the items.

I am sorry for any delays you may have experienced and I will forward this to our Corporate Office and have it resolved. You will be contacted by one of the store owners very shortly. Again I apologize for the delay.

When the delivery people brought the second mattress it was not in a plastic cover or bag,like the box springs where "still are today".. Furniture World is being very untruthful,I was watching them bring it in.. "Uncovered".. I'm sure there policy doesn't cover cheating and deceiving paying customers with old,previously used items without there consent,agreement,approval permission.... If this is there practice,I think all the world should know to beware,stand clear or Everyone of Furniture World and there shaddy company. Why would I buy used,when everything else is new...
