Review: xo furniture received my check for $521.98 for furniture on ovember 2,2012. I waited and waited for my furniture. I was told I would get it before Thanksgiving. That date passed. I was told I would have it before X-Mas. no furniture. I was asked to wait 2 more weeks. I asked for a cancellation,and send me my money. I"ve talked to [redacted],[redacted] and [redacted]. I was told by [redacted] on Feb 21, the check would be in the mail on 2/22/2013 a full refund. I haven't received anything. The order was cancelled on 1/10/2013. I spoke with [redacted] on 2/11/13,and mike on 2/21/13. I have not received my money yet.Desired Settlement: would like to get my money back.

Review: To whom it may concern,

I have been waiting for my order #[redacted] which was placed all the way back on Sunday February 17, 2013. It was bedroom furniture set with delivery and set up. It has been "in transit" for months now. Money was quickly taking out of my account for this order which I could have been collecting interest for the amount. Phone calls were made which I would have to wait days to finally hear a reply. On April 10, 2013 I received a call saying the furniture was on back order and that was the reason for delay but the order should arrive in warehouse by may 1st and they will call me for delivery. If I chose not to wait I could receive my money back for the inconvenience. I explained that I waited this long that I would wait the extra couple of weeks because really liked the set. The gentleman said that was fine and would contact me. Well may 1st came and went and didn't receive any notification and now being almost a week later I tried calling and receive a message saying the call cannot be completed and to try again. I go onto the website and says my order is still "in transit" and it says at the top of the website that orders past may 1st would not be fulfilled. I sent an email similar to this to the company which the website said to do to find out about orders and still haven't heard any response.

Review: I placed an order for a dinnette set on March 6. They offered 10% discount if I paid with check. My check was cashed and cleared on March 12. I have contacted them at least 6 times and still have no furniture as of April 26, 2013. I tried calling today and the phone appears disconnected or discontinued.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my furniture which they told me they were picking up on April 12th, they would inspect it and ship it early week of April 19th. If they are not able to deliver by end of week May 10, I want to receive a full refunt of $499.19.

Review: I ordered a complete bed set on Feb 23, 2013 and have yet to receive my product. I have been promised with a delivery of 4 weeks , then on March 22, 2013, then on April 15, 2013, and on May 9, 2013 and still no delivery. The last time I spoke with them was around the week of the last delivery date given. Now I can not get into contact with any one after numerous attempts by phone and email.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund. I just would like to have what is rightfully due to me.

Review: I placed an online order for a bedding set on 4-06-2013 in the amount of $149.99. The money was taken from my checking account. The product was to be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. The merchandise has not been received. I have called their contact number many times, but has never been able to talk to anyone. I emailed the company on 5-16-13 asking about the status of my order. The email was acknowledged, but no information about the order was given. I tried their live online chat. The online chat was offline.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the product delivered or a refund of my money.

Review: I placed an online order with Furniture XO in the amount of $ 1278.89 by order of check on the date of March 23, 2013. After 1 communication by website messaging in which the complany stated that the check had been cleared and delivery was pending due to shipping, no communication can further be made with Furniture XO by email, messaging, or phone. Two different phone numbers has been disconnected and there has been no further updates to the order.Desired Settlement: Delivery of purchased merchandise or full refund in amount of $1278.89

Review: Ordered bedroom furnite from Furniture PM (Furniture XO, MIG Enterprises) and was continually lied to about the status of my order I placed on 2/25/13. First it was it was on backorder, then it was the mattress is delayed, then it was mattress delivered to warehouse in NJ on 4/19 but they had to go get it, then delivery was to get to me as early as 4/23 and at the latest 4/26. Delivery driver called me 4/24 to say they would deliver my furniture 4/27 without the mattress. I told them I was told the mattress was in and if they deliver without the mattress there is going to be problems. They delivered and brought A mattress, but it was not the mattress I ordered nor was it the right size. Then the delivery company put two huge scratches in my hardwood floors, which were not seen until the drivers left.Desired Settlement: I also want my hardwood floors fixed the drivers scratched

Review: I ordered a bedframe March 11 2013. I was told it was in stock and when my checked cleared it would be delivered. I was given a contact number and name. I have tried calling and leaving messages. I did receive one ore response now saying it would be 3 more weeks. That time has passed and I have heard nothing more. I was to be contacted when product shipped. I have called ans sent email messages. The phone says I cannot be connected try at a later time. Online chat says offline. None of my emails have been answered. I am now wondering if they are in business anymore. Am I out my 917.00 dollars. Thay have cashed my check and I have nothing in return. Order number [redacted] I am sleeping on the floor and the support on my back is not greal good.Desired Settlement: Refund money. Seeing how they handle customers, I am afraid of how product would arrive and how much longer it would take.

Review: In Jan. 2013 I purchased two beds from Furniture XO for a total of 2273.04. My account # [redacted]. Per their policy my furniture was to be delivered within the next 23 months. After several emails due to never receiving my product I was informed by sales associate Ted.B on 3/1/13 that my order was unable to be processed due to it no longer being available by the manufacturer. I requested a refund I total on the same date. As of this date I have only received $750 in total of my refund. After several emails and phone calls I spoke to a [redacted] who stated I would receive my refund in three separate checks, one every week until until in was paid back as they have to get a refund from their manufacturer. In received one $750 check on 4/17/13 and have never received the rest of my refund. I keep being told they have to get their money back first. This is not my issue. I want my refund as I have never received my product. Their website currently says you cannot make orders and I am afraid I will not be ale to recoup my money. This has been going on for 6 months with it not being rectified.Desired Settlement: Refund in total.

Review: I ordered a bedroom suite from furniturexo.com Feb.23, 2012. They verified that they received my check in the amount of $1,691.95 which was withdrawn from my bank account on 2/28/2013. I was told it may take 4 or so weeks for processing and delivery of order. After 4 weeks went by I called and spoke to someone in customer service; this man explained to me that the manufacturer had the items on back order and that it may be a few more weeks for delivery. Now, when I try to call I can not get anyone on the phone. The number listed does not even appear to be working anymore. The other day I received a check in the amount of $800 with memo of refund for order #[redacted]. I was surprised to see this because I never stated that I wanted my order cancelled plus it was not the full amount of money I paid them for the furniture.Desired Settlement: To pay us the rest of the money owed to us....$891.95

Review: I have placed an order for 9 pieces of Furniture with FurnitureXo.com on December 13, 2012. I have made my payment with a check and received an email affirming that my payment was received. The initial delivery time was 8-12 weeks. I have been calling the business for the past 5 months to get updates on my order. On March 24, 2013, I received 5 pieces with one of them being completely damaged. After filing a claim with their department by providing them pictures as prove, they placed an order for a new one to be delivered.

For the past 4 months their customer service has been telling me that my furniture will arrive in 1 or 2 weeks. I am still waiting for 5 pieces of furniture (4 pieces that I never received, and 1 replacement for a damaged one). Accounting for the discount I received I am still owed $1,659.96 worth of furniture goods.

Since beginning of May their phone is not working and before 2 weeks the following statement appeared on their website's homepage. "Any orders placed through this store after 5/1/2013 will not be honored or fulfilled. PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO [email protected] FOR AN ORDER UPDATE.

I don't know if they are out of business or scam or........... Phone does not work and they do not respond to any emails. I have been sending them emails for the past 20 days. No response at all.Desired Settlement: My situation will only be resolved either by delievering the remaining furniture or by refunding me the amount I paid for these furniture. I will accept either one.

Review: Back in March I placed an order for two recliners and one sofa. I was told that I would have the items within the next six weeks. I called twice and both times were told that the sofa was on back order. I was guaranteed that the full order would be fulfilled by the end of the first week in May. As I write this, their phone has been disconnected. There is a recording saying that the call cannot be completed at this time. Their website says that as of 05/01/13 they will no longer be accepting orders. I sent them a Cashiers Check for $1520.97. My order number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. I will take that money and buy new furniture elsewhere.

Review: Puchased a dining table on 1/28/2013 though their web site furniturexo.com for the amount of 1,516.76. Check was processed by them on 2/6/2013. The furniture was not shipped at all. Called multiple times at least 10+. Was always told we will ship out tracking number soon. Its been 4/25/2013. No shipment has been made and their telephone number has been out of service. This is theft.

Review: I have placed an order to Furniture XO and it has been in the Pending Status for some time. They debited my card (took the amount owed) and now there is no communication from them. I have emailed several times for confirmation of my order but no response. I expected confirmation and a timely delivery from them but this is not what has happen.Desired Settlement: I wish to have a credit refunded to me so that I may do business with a furniture outlet that is willing to have communication and committment to their customers.

Review: I purchased furniture from this company. After several weeks of waiting my credit card was charged and I was told that I'd be contacted to set up delivery. I've contacted the company over 50 times, left numerous messages, and sent emails with no response. Now the company's phone number is disconnected and I have no other way to contact them. I have yet to receive the furniture that I was charged for.Desired Settlement: I'd like my furniture to be delivered. It's for my daughter and I'm about a week away from having another child. The furniture is necessary so both my children have a place to sleep. If this is not an option I'd like my money back so I can purchase my furniture elsewhere. Thank you.
