Review: I placed an order with a sales rep by the name of [redacted] on Wednesday March **, 2014. [redacted] and I agreed ( verbally ) for a delivery on March **, 2014 between the hours of 11-7 p.m. I was told that I would receive a call from the delivery department to confirm the Wednesday delivery. I decided to give a call around 3:30 p.m. today just to check the status. My delivery was not set up at all ! I was being bounced back and forth between the furniture store and the delivery department. Whoever the delivery rep is ( [redacted] ) ..VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! She put me on hold, hung up, I called back, she sent me to voicemail. Five minutes later I called from my office number and now she picks up only to say" Oh you hung up on me. Placed me on hold again while I was talking and came back to tell me that they only have Fri and Sat deliveries! [redacted] from furniture zone called me back after I became very angry and told me over the phone" I never put that in writing so I never said that. I am in my apartment with no furniture after waiting an entire week.Desired Settlement: I want my delivery for tomorrow

Review: I Ordered A Bedroom Set From This Company I Ordered A Bed Frame ,Mattress , Nightstand and a chest I got my order but when it was Delivered I didn't get the glass for the top of the chest or did I get the nightstand the delivery guy told me I had to go back to the store and pick the money up for the nightstand because it was a refund I got the refund but the store didn't have the glass for the too of the chest this happen from January and I been too the store multiple times and there telling me it's nothin they can do I just want the glass. It's like they was doing false advertisement everything I order they said they had it and when I receive it all of a sudden they didn't have it anymoreDesired Settlement: If I can't get the glass they can take there furniture back and I can purchase somewhere else

Review: I purchased a twin metal bed in May 2013. After putting the bed together I realized the slates provided were defective. I called the company and they sent another set. By now it is summer and my daughter, whom the bed was purchased for is sleeping in our room because that's where the AC in the apartment is, so we did not even bother with assembling the bed again. However, as school was about to reopen, my wife and I decided to put the slates on the bed so that she can have it for when school reopened. Despite our best effort the new slates was no good either. My wife contacted the store where it was bought on September* and was told that only [redacted] could solve our problem and his availability were Monday through Friday 12pm-2pm. On September [redacted] she called again but was not allowed to speak to [redacted] because she did not have my receipt number. On September [redacted] she called back once again within [redacted]'s hours and was told he would be available the next day and when asked for a shift manager she was rudely told that they did not need one and threatened to hang up the phone. On September ** my wife called again and this time was able to speak to [redacted], who is no different than his employees in the lack of knowing how to speak to his customers. He rudely told me I had two choices: fix it myself or pay $65 to have it serviced. I was the only one who bought that bed and was complaining. I told him maybe they just can't reach you and then came the shocker of him saying he was available Monday through Friday 10am to 5:30 pm. I told him the times his employees gave me but of course he did not care.Desired Settlement: Initially I just wanted to have the bed exchanged for a better one but after all the hassle to speak to a manger and the rude customer service, I now want a full refund. In addition, I believe that the business should provide customer support for all staff. I don't know how they managed to stay in business with such horrible customer service support.

We gave the consumer the parts that she requested on 6-*-13 .We did not hear anything since then and now it is past the manufactures 30 day warrantee policy.

The consumer chooses to set up the metal bed on there own . We do offer at time of purchase to have the furniture set up in there home but they did not want to pay for the service and choose to set it up them self's and in doing so is what is causing this problem .

We can give them a service technicians phone number and they can call and see if anything can be done to fix the issues regarding the assembly of the furniture . They will have to find out from that sevice company how much they charge for the service .

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The store manager is now using the excuse that the warranty is expired but when a call was placed he claimed that the bed did not have a warranty because we choose to set it up ourselves. When the call was placed it was within 90 days; however, it is now well past 90 days and at this point I cannot be bothered with all this back and forth. I do not know the full extent of the way the Revdex.com work, but I suggest that an investigation be launched against this business. I refuse to believe that I am the only customer that has experience this and $218 is not just pocket change and I now have to purchase another bed.

Review: A delivery of a Dresser w/ Mirror and Side table was made to my address on 7/**/2013 around 4:30pm. The person who accepted my delivery was my mother, a senior. After I arrived at my address at 8:05pm, My mother brought to my attention some damage she found on the dresser right after the delivery person(s) left. There were in fact a few dents to the top, a dark rubbing of color, and large dent on back corner. I contacted immediately, unfortunately they were closed. The following day, I contacted Furniture Zone once again and spoke to a gentleman named "[redacted]", who was very friendly. He did in fact explain once the delivery slip is signed by a person, they accept responsibility for any damage. [redacted] did however gave me the option of taking photographs and sending them via email, and he would then contact the supplier, Ashley Home Furniture for further instruction. I received a response from [redacted] this afternoon, informing me that they would repair the damage for a fee of $125.00 USD, or they could send me a "corrector pen". I then contacted Ashley Home Furniture myself, where I was told by [redacted] that the decision falls in the hands of Furniture Zone. I contacted FZ once again, and have not received a response. I purchased their Montage Furniture Service Protection Plan ($125.00 USD) while in Furniture Zone under the impression that such damage will be repaired during it's 5-year warranty. "[redacted]", however discussed how this is not covered, and I will not receive the information on what my benefits are under this warranty for several weeks! Now how is this benefiting me?Desired Settlement: Although the damage was not apparent to my mother right away, I feel Furniture Zone is obligated to fix the damage that was made by THIER delivery persons. Providing not only excellent customer Service, but also giving me peace of mind that the so-called Furniture Protection Plan I purchased meets the demand of the customers. If not this, I would like a refund of the money I paid for the Dresser/ Mirror and the Protection Plan.

Review: My boyfriend and I purchased two items that came up in the amount of $850 on March ** 2015. The associate that helped us was [redacted]. We paid half of the amount at which time we were told that the items would be received and delivered the following Friday which would be March **. The day that we were supposed to get the delivery we called the store because we hadn't heard anything. I spoke to [redacted] he told me that our order wasn't in as yet because the warehouse that he was ordering from would have to get a certain amount of orders before they could ship any items, and he advised me that by the following Tuesday the [redacted] or Wednesday the [redacted] it would be in. We didn't hear from him the Tuesday or the Wednesday. My boyfriend called the store the Thursday and spoke to [redacted] at which time he said that it should be in the next day Friday March [redacted] at which time my boyfriend asked him what time. He said he wasn't sure so he would have to call back and if the order wasn't received then he would have to make arrangements to get it to us the Saturday which would be the [redacted]. I called him the [redacted] because still no call from and I had also wanted to go pay him the remaining balance. So he said to me that he already told us that he was going to get it delivered to us the next day at 2pm and when I tried to explain to him that, that wasn't what he said to us he still insisted that he did. So I said I will come down to the store to pay the balance that same day. However I wasn't able to make it to the store so I called him to let him know that I wouldn't make it there before the store closed so I would be there the following morning. Around 11a.m. [redacted] called to ask if we were still coming to pay the balance because the delivery guy won't put our items on the truck until it was paid. I told him I would be there in about an hour and a half because I was doing something. [redacted] was not pleased by that and began raising his voice saying that he has a boss and a business to run etc..., when I attempted to respond he hung up the phone one me. I called back and he did not answer the phone. I finished what I was doing and went down to the store. I approached [redacted] and tried to let him know that the way he handled our situation was not good customer service and also that we shouldn't had been the ones to reach out to him every time about getting the delivery. To put a long story short he felt that he hadn't done anything wrong and that he was right to hang up the phone on me. We wanted to get our money back because of the poor customer service and extensive wait time but we didn't want to lose the money so we paid and he said give him an hour and he would call us about the delivery and we left. Two hours went by and no call. So went ahead and called him and he said the delivery guy was on his way and would be there in about an hour or so. Delivery finally arrived and the guys proceeded to set up the items only to find out that items were missing from the boxes so one of the item couldn't be set up today. The delivery guy called [redacted] and he told them that he wouldn't be able to order the items until Monday the [redacted] and they wouldn't be able to completes the job until two days after he placed the order. At no time did he reach out to us to say anything or even to apologize.Desired Settlement: All we want is for the job to be finished so we won't have to deal with him again and for him work on his customer service issues.
