We ordered a sofa on 1/11/15 and it has not yet been delivered (9/22). Every time we call to find out they give an excuse and a new date. e.g. the container from china is delayed, or it is stuck at customs. Then they say it has reached, will arrive in 2 days, they will deliver next Monday/Tuesday - but never deliver. It has been 9 months and we did not get the sofa. We went to their office with many other similar customers and police, but did not get much except a new promise that it will be delivered within 10 days. They do not even return the deposit. Any check they give will also bounce.
This is a total scam and fraud. Lot of people have similar reviews. Need to stop them and put in jail.
