[Did you saw the delivery order? The price Is 379$ for each sofa , and also when ([redacted]) transfer my call to other person she told me the day of my deliver and the diference what I had.I don't understand what is the diference of the company? If all are in bluepoint commerce ??

After investigating this claim further, I have found the agreement made with you was something arranged by the delivery partner and not Furniture.com directly.  We have contacted that delivery warehouse and they have confirmed the price was $949 and confirmed it as an even exchange.  I...

[redacted] only runs the website for all the companies involved.  We do not conduct business together except for being our delivery partner for Furniture.com  -  I would be happy to work with you further, but cannot verify the information that was provided to you, by the store directly, was correct and cannot meet the pricing they may have given you.  I can, however, get you a $100 refund for the problems you are having and will process that immediately after you respond to this message - if you choose to accept that reimbursement.  Thank you,[redacted]
