Review: I was misled when the representative was going over the contract. I was told there was a 15% restocking fee on items that gets taken off lay away, I was not told that there is no refund at all, no instore credit, they just take your money with no refund. I put a bedroom set on lay away, and since some of my income I no longer get. I have over 1500 dollars tied into the lay away.[redacted]Desired Settlement: For Furniture land to take there re-stocking fee if applicable, and I would like a refund.
