I purchased two reclining chairs from Furniwell. Yes, I ordered the wrong chairs. I thought I was ordering two brown leather recliners. I ordered two grey fabric chairs. Yes, this was my mistake. The company offers free returns within 30 days. I have tried to reach this company for two solid weeks. My emails come back with a temporary failure. When you call, nobody answers. When you send chat, nobody answers that either. It’s like they are ghost. I do not want my money back, I just want to exchange. I’m even willing to pay shipping cost! This is unbelievable & so disappointing. I have lost over $1,000. Please do not order from this company. Learn from my mistake!

I bought 4 zero gravity chairs 2 came in damaged and this company's customer service is a joke. The phone # noone answers and you can't leave a message. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they created a label saying they have sent my chair but that is not true it has just been sitting there saying label created with FedEx. After reading all the bad reviews I made a bad choice buying from them. Extremely rude customer service!

Do not order anything from this company. They refuse to give me a refund on a product that I ordered. They are suppose to have a no hassle return yet they want to charge me 15% of the order because I took it out of the package. Well obviously I'm goi g to remove it from the package to see the product. Don't waste your money on this company. Pitiful customer service

My wife and I were given one of their office chairs for Xmas 2019
We tried assembling it on 12/26/19 but one of the plastic pieces was broken at which time we contacted them by phone, requesting a new part he sent ASAP
The flier that came with the chair states: your purchase is 100% satisfactory and if it is not to contact them firstly (we believe our son purchased via Amazon)
They never contacted us regarding the broken piece
We then called...NO answer!
We sent numerous emails...all unanswered as well
Tried again to email on 1/17/20 and 1/18 and last time on 1/19 and these emails came back; stating UNABLE TO SEND!
I finally sent a letter of complaint via USPS on 1/21/20 stating I would be contacting the Revdex.com if they didn't forward the new part....Needless to say they have NOT RESPONDED

If there is anything you can do to help it would be greatly appreciated since our son keeps asking why we have NOT assembled the chair!
