Hi this is bruce n [redacted] replying to this complaint by [redacted] , the customer put down $dollars over a year ago, as was stated on the contract the customer signed over a year ago, car was registerd and titled, their is no refund as customer received what he paid for, he is welcomed to come in and talk to me as maybe in person I could explain all the numbers again, Thank you Bruce N***

The customer was refunded her deposit and het contract is being cancelled with the wells fargo, we are sorry for any inconvenience that was caused, the customer is always correct , auto gallery will help any customer be happy

gave customer options to help him out, he chose to delay those options, he has no justification for any adjustment, but I am giving him options going forward to help him out, please close complaint as customer is just stringing this along, thanks Bruce
