Furrow Construction

Review: The service received by furrow construction was poorly executed, unfinished, and abandoned. Granted that the contract was verbal, a project this minor and set for a four week completion date sat, and was abandoned by week 9.

My wife and I hired furrow to remodel our second bathroom. This remodeling included moving a toilet and sink, installing a shower and fixture, moulding, and a new floor. The contractor failed to meet three completion dates had no set time frame in regards to the work day. On many occasions he failed to show up with no notification until we contacted him. On other occasions, his employees were left at our house with no vehicle or instructions on what to do resulting in unproductive work days and his employees rummaging through our personal possessions. Regardless of these unethical practices we gave him another finish date set to complete the original agreement. By the end of that date we came home to an unfinished shower, floor, plumbing and moulding, plus possible product and structure damage. His equipment was gone from our house. We are now seeking out quotes to fix mistakes that were made during this job by big box retailers to ensure we do not run into this mistake again.Desired Settlement: Once we are given quotes by other contractors we would like to have another contractor do the repairs and have Tyler F[redacted] pay for it. After numerous failed attempts of explaining to him what needed to be fixed and the issues not being taken care of we do not want him back in our home.
