I ordered an item through another company and Best Linen Warehouse was the third party seller They sent me a tracking item and I tried tracking the item and nothing ever showed up and the tracking number never showed that the package went any where I contacted the company and told them that I was still waiting on an item to be delivered and was told that there was a processing error and the item that I had ordered for Christmas was no longer in stock They asked if I would like a different color or my money back I gave them another chance and asked for a different color A week later I asked if the item had shipped and was told that the item had not shipped yet but they gave me another tracking number and that the item was shipping that day Again the item didn't go anywhere and so again I questioned the company They yet again gave me another tracking number....I still have yet to see that the item has moved or shipped anypace I had ordered this item on December 1st, I think that over a month later and still no item that I have been patient enough and requested that my purchase be refunded fully DO NOT PURCHASE A SINGLE THING FROM THIS COMPANY, they have lied to me on separate occasions and still never received the item that I originally ordered as a Christmas gift for niece

I ordered a king bed comforter and never received the item..I called and left messages and nothingSo if don't have it I'm calling my lawyer!!!!

Ordered a comforter set from them through WALMART Received an email saying my order was accepted and what notI check my bank account and the payment was taken outI wait a few days and still No email with shipping infoSo I contacted WALMARTWas told it is supposed to ship January 21st So I waitStill no shipping info.Contacted WALMART again today January 23rd Told me my item still hasn't shipped and they don't have any information about itCheck my bank account and the money is back in my bank accountThis is so confusing and my order was a gift for my mother for her birthday that SHE picked outNeedless so say I feel like these people are scammersAnd I will not be doing business with them again

Ordered a bathroom rug set by them through WalmartIt came in this tiny package, too tiny for the product so the rugs were all folded togetherThe rugs won't stay flat on the floorAnd the worst part is you can see the plastic underneath itIt almost looks like the rug is baldingI wish I didn't buy from them and just saved moneyAnd from the other comments I can tell this is not a great companyCheap cheap cheap!!!!

I never received my item they company bwi were not accommodating they were very rude and did not ask to replace my item or provide a refund I would like them investigated
