We do not lie to our customers about where are puppies come from or the health guarantee that was referenced above All of the customers are provided with the breeder information prior to purchase and also with the warranty that each puppy is covered by Each situation is handled according to what the circumstances are We have no previous knowledge of any health issues relating to this puppy and instructed the owner to provide test results At that time the test results were still pending We have since received those and are having our veternarian look over the results since it was diagnosed with another clinic We understand that the customer would like a resolution, but there are steps and procedures and a decision will not be made over night We have kept in contact with the owner and the statment above that she has gotten no response is incorrect We have called her and provided her with detailed information on what is needed and also have kept in contact with her letting her know that the information provided is being reviewed We are looking to resolve the situation but need to follow our warranty and the protocol we have set in place The information has been submitted as stated to the customer
