Furry Friends Dog And Pet Grooming

We have provided grooming services for this client's dog, ***, on different occasions, since [redacted] is an older dog who is chronically ill with a severe skin condition On some occasions, the client has requested that we use a shampoo they provided and on others, we have used our own shampoo ***'s condition has worsened over the time we have been grooming him We have advised the client on more than one occasion that bathing and grooming a dog in this condition is not a substitute for medical care We have also advised that dogs with skin conditions like ***'s are difficult to bathe and shave and that improvement can never be assured Sometimes the bathe will provide some temporary relief Without some medical care, the relief is not permanentOn the occasion in question, we used the shampoo provided by the client We know that the owners of this dog have concern for their pet and we are sure that caring for [redacted] has been stressful It is unfair, however, to make a allegation as to the service we provided We used the customer's shampoo and bathed and groomed [redacted] as we had done many times before
