We live in Knox and shop at the farm store on a weekly base. The store is TERRABLE. It is always a mess. I can not shop for items due to the aisles being small and packed with merchandise on the floor. We purchase water supplies and animal feed weekly. The feed aisle is always to full to shop in. They are always out of feed, and when you do have feed, it have to climb over things just to get to it. The only people that is willing to help are the two taller guys. Then there is a TERRABLE manager name Kim. She is so RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A few months back, we were getting food right when the store opened and there was a cashier that came in late. There were many people in line and KIM was RUDE AS [redacted] to the cashier telling her she did not have time to count her drawer before her shift. VERRY POOR MANAGER!!!!!!!!! When I used run a register and I could not count my register before my shift, I did not use it. It is the safety of the cashier to make sure her register is correct. MAYBE SHE SOULD HAVE OPENED UP INSTEAD OF BEING RUDE TO HER CASHIER IN FRONT OF THE PUBLIC.
We also have a card to get a discount off items for my son for 4H on feed and materials. The cashier had to call up the manager so she can show her how to do the discount. This was perfectly fine with me. The only way they will learn is to have the situation present at the time. When the manager KIM came up, she asked me if this is all for 4H. I have sweetfeed, cracked corn, whole corn, and a horse brush. I said yes this is what we feed our houses. Kim rolled her eyes at me; acted like I was not telling the truth.
I am very [redacted] off about how she presented herself as a manager.
Since we live in Knox, this is the only spot we have for all of our animals supplies. I can not wait until TSC comes into town. I would rather pay FULL PRICE for my supplies than to deal with the TERRALBE LOOKING STORE AND [redacted] POOR MANAGER KIM. I will share my experience with everyone I know. We have monthly meetings for horse and pony for 4H with over 60 kids. I will tell my experience with the entire group.
