I am rejecting this response because:When diagnosing the original complaint of no start, the technician when replacing the fuel injectors would have removed the "damaged" pipe per remove and replace instructions I have attached the documentMeaning they did touch the Hight pressure fuel pumpAlso when diagnosing the no start condition they may have removed the high pressure fuel pump to check that it was timed properly als causing the no start issueSince I do not have a camera I cannot confirm they did that As for Furrys response, I paid and the next day it got towed back in and they repaired wiring that allegedly was a new issuemiles later I had to spend another $plus a towAdding insult to injury some how the low coolant light was on due to what they said was a bad sensorThey charged me for a new sensor and the low coolant light still is onAs for the hogged out bolts on my pumpI have attached pictures of the non damaged, tube they said was broken and leaking fuel, pictures of the studs snapped off in the head that supposedly replaced and billed forI specificallysaid to leave the pump installed in the truck and jeff the service manager called later and said it was on the floor and the batteries were unhooked(not what I asked for)Lastly the quote of $6,to repair it again, Service quoted 12hrs, book time is less than 10, part cost is $for the housing and $2,for the pump, $for studsDoesn't add upWhat does add up after I declined the repairs they called offering to but the truck from meStrange, seems like the shop over qoted it to scare me into giving it to them at a cheap price.I have since repaired the truck, Removed the broken studs, installed new ones, installed the "broken hose" not leaking, and reinstalled the pump also not leakingAfter they lied about the last repairs how can I believe they even did the first $repair when it broke down miles later

We reviewed the case with Jeff *** (Service Manager) and Tom *** (technician)On 5/the vehicle was towed into Fury Ram Lake ElmoThe owners attempted to replace the high pressure fuel pump prior to brining into Fury due to a no start conditionAfter their failed attempt, they towed the
vehicle to Fury and we replaced the injectors and repair some wiringAfter approximately 5,mile the vehicle was towed back into Fury Lake ElmoAfter diagnosis, the high pressure fuel pump installed by the customer was loose and damaged the fuel transfer lineThe parts were ordered (Fuel transfer rail) and when they arrived the high pressure fuel pump installed by the customer would not sit level...the bolt holes were bored out...possibly by not being properly tightened when they installed the high pressure fuel pump.As a result, we could not repair the fuel transfer lineThe customer elected to pick up the vehicleFury Ram Lake Elmo refunded the Diagnosis charge, overnight freight and the parts to the customerTotal = $451.92Jeff *** (service manager) contacted Nate from Bobby & Steve's Towing to see if anything else could be done, but other than refunding all monies for the first repair (replacing the injectors), the customer would not be happyThe final attempt to fix the vehicle could not be done due to an attempted repair made by the customerFury Ram never worked on the final part that failed, and we did refund the cost of the ordered parts and diagnosis for the last repair totaling $451.92.At this point, Fury Ram Lake Elmo considers this case closed

I am rejecting this response because:When diagnosing the original complaint of no start, the technician when replacing the fuel injectors would have removed the "damaged" pipe per remove and replace instructions I have attached the document. Meaning they did touch the Hight pressure fuel pump. Also when diagnosing the no start condition they may have removed the high pressure fuel pump to check that it was timed properly als causing the no start issue. Since I do not have a camera I cannot confirm they did that.   As for Furrys response, I paid 5500 and the next day it got towed back in and they repaired wiring that allegedly was a new issue. 88 miles later I had to spend another $1500 plus a tow. Adding insult to injury some how the low coolant light was on due to what they said was a bad sensor. They charged me for a new sensor and the low coolant light still is on. As for the hogged out bolts on my pump. I have attached pictures of the non damaged, tube they said was broken and leaking fuel, pictures of the studs snapped off in the head that supposedly replaced and billed for. I specificallysaid to leave the pump installed in the truck and jeff the service manager called later and said it was on the floor and the batteries were unhooked. (not what I asked for)Lastly the quote of $6,000 to repair it again, Service quoted 12hrs, book time is less than 10, part cost is $189 for the housing and $2,999 for the pump, $40 for studs. Doesn't add up. What does add up after I declined the repairs they called offering to but the truck from me. Strange, seems like the shop over qoted it to scare me into giving it to them at a cheap price.I have since repaired the truck, Removed the broken studs, installed new ones, installed the "broken hose" not leaking, and reinstalled the pump also not leaking. After they lied about the last repairs how can I believe they even did the first $5500 repair when it broke down 88 miles later.....
