Review: FURY is solely run by [redacted]. He created the [redacted] Magazine, which I have a subscription for. He shut me out of his e-mailing address to the point where all e-mails come bouncing back. I had to get a third party to talk to Pelonis to change my address back to an older one that he has on file; he responded by telling me to snail mail him a letter for it, which is ridiculous, abusive and unprofessional. I worked for 11 years under near-miserable circumstances with a rare illness and never complained, as this is inexcusable. I mailed one letter in regards to the address change (since the current issue is being distributed) but Im not doing that again. Why should I have to snail mail correspondence when an e-mail will suffice?Unless Pelonis agrees to a list I will be providing to mend this situation, in early 2015 I will be seeing my consumer affairs attorney in regards to another matter, which I will bring this up with her as well. Perhaps he didn't do anything that could lead to any kind of litigation, but if he did, he will be paying hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in my attorneys fees, damages and the like.Desired Settlement: If the magazine was sent to my former box, I need to know so it can be sent back, then [redacted] needs to re-mail it to my current address if he didn't change it, along with no charge to me. He also should never block me again, nor have a third party get involved, along with answering e-mails when I have wiki information or anything else from him that I need. He should also not force a refund on me, refuse an order and ship one to me if someone else is paying (since he won't take money orders).
