Fused Power was hired by a contractor to preform some basement improvements for this individual. The contractor has since disappeared and the homeowner is unwilling to finalize payment for the original job as well as extra changes made by the...

contractor. The changes in question were required and took substantial amount of re configuring. The breaker in question was replaced once and tested by the installer before completion. The customer was also advised that with new [redacted] fault technology the appliances that are used should be in good repair and free from any possible damages to prevent nuisance tripping.

I have paid $4250 to Fused Power for the original job. I was never informed of any extra charges, I did not approve of any extra charges. Any extra fees were discussed with the previous contractor and not me. To now tell me I owe extra money for something I don't know anything about is not fair. And now I'm also left with a breaker that is not working and none of the electricity in my bedroom works and has been in this state for 3 weeks now. It is extremely unprofessional that he has also been ignoring my calls, emails and texts. At least explain what's going on instead of saying you'll do the work and then disappearing and ignoring me for 3 weeks.

As per a phone conversation with the homeowner on Wednesday October 28, we discussed a power issue they were having at the time the homeowner also had a friend who was an electrician look at the panel and I was directed to talk with him. After a long conversation explaining the issue the electrician onsite said they were going to temporarily connect the bedroom to a non [redacted] fault breaker to keep the power going for them. As this electrician does not work for Fused Power in any way we cannot offer a warranty on anything that was tampered with or changed. The homeowner Also had this said electrician come onsite before we could respond to the text message which was sent at 7:06 pm 10/28/2015 and then a return phone call to address the problem was at 7:35 pm 10/28/2015.
