I contracted with Fusilier Management to rent out a house in Kissimmee I own 6/ They were not able to rent out the property until 9/ I recently advertised the same house for rent and was able to rent it out the next day at more rent than Fusilier was able to get for me During the year that Fusilier managed the property they constantly sent tenant complaints and expected the repairs (lanai screen blown out) to be repaired immediately When I was not able to get someone there in 5-days they would communicate that the tenants were going to withhold future rent payments and take me to court I am sure he encouraged tenants to do this because he would then forward tenants email threatening the same thing A/C was a problem I had someone there the same day but a screen? They claimed a walk through was done when tenants moved out and reported the house was in good shape I visited two weeks later and found the flower beds with weeds up to my waist and grass needing mowing and the yard in terrible shape Buttons broken off the washer and dryer which will take replacing the entire panels to fix I would not and could not recommend this company to rent out your property I have also asked them to supply me with his pictures of the property inside and out which he contracted with me to do prior to move in and post move out and he has chosen not to respond to me BEWARE of Fusilier Management
