Hi I am responding to the complain against my campany I told Mss [redacted] and her father the new Furnaces 150,btus have the blower motor to powerful soo they don't have properly duct size for the new model units.My employed [redacted] advise Mss [redacted] maybe they can have a problem in the future because the ductwork existing is under size the price charging from them was not to do any ductwork changes only to change the unit also e they agree to do some repair work in the front office of the gas station repair the floor tiles remove the ones are broken and install the new ones.Remove the old ceiling tiles and install the new ones purchase by us.we purchase all the material for the job and we did the floor tiles.The amount of the total was $ 3,Mss [redacted] give the deposit of $1,to by the materials and after the third day she get someone wells to finish the work because he give her cheaper price for labor.She broke our agreement and also say my employed take money from her that is not right.Anyway I am resolving the problem in the gas station on my expensives and also she said I have to give her $1,money back I will but she as to take out all the complains against to us and my company.Thanks for the help any questions please call [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: I can't seem to understand that now that we have hired an attorney and have reached out to the Revdex.com Mr*** is responding as if we have done something wrongThe numerous amounts of phone calls and texts trying to reach out to these men to take care of the issues at hand have caused major distress upon usTo say my wife was forewarned that the boiler would dysfunction due to its high intensity is completely insaneSince you do not respond to my phone calls sir, let me ask you,"Why then if you are such a reputable company did you not suggest at the time of installation (Service) that ducts would need to be installed to avoid future malfunctions? We would have been happy to payWe never wanted free serviceFurthermore, the disrespect *** *** has shown my wife as a customer is also something to be brought upI am an eye doctor and I sent my wife to take care of the issues at the station not knowing the disrespect she would be shown from *** ***He never gave her a contract for the masonry workShe simply trusted him because at that time it was still warm and we all thought the boiler would function properlyShe did what he requested...He wanted cash payments , she gave him cash paymentsHE WANTED A CHECK MADE OUT TO CASH, THAT AS WELL WAS DONE!As previously requested, The boiler MUST function properly $MUST be returned to us for tile/ceiling work that was never completed Please do not make any requests from us - as we are the customer who did everything to try to resolve this issue PEACEFULLY These are the moral and ethical steps that should have occurred two months ago (November 2014) How sad that we must continue to spend our time on this issue Regards,
