see that your orders shipped on July 7, 2016 and were delivered on July 14, 2016 which is within our estimates of 3-7 business days once your order ships. 
I also wanted to apologize if you felt that you did not receive the level of Customer Support that we hope to provide you at Fusion Beads. We greatly appreciate your business and want to let you know that every time you contact us - whether you are having a problem with an order or have a question about a product or future order. We do have some policies in place for shipments as we have seen that they will not always progress on a daily basis so we do like to wait out our time frames to be sure we give the package enough time to arrive. I'm sorry if we did not communicate that along with our commitment to taking care of customers in case these systems fail. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you with these orders or any others you place.
