Fusion has been incorrectly billing and charging additional fees that were not in the Original quote from Megapath (The company they purchased)
Fusion Cloud Services bought megapath and assumed all contracts, This company since taking over Megapath has started charging erroneous fees, Administrative Processing Fee for a rate of $5.95 / month starting on the October 18, 2018 invoice.
The company has been billing for telephone numbers that were ported away from their company and their response and uptime have not been as promised
Refund the Administrative processing fees that have been charged since 18 Oct 2018 invoices and reverse all fees associated with DID numbers and Toll Free Numbers that have not been with your carrier for quite some time
