Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/10/20) */ Ms [redacted] has been an on and off member at Fusion Fitness willingly for about years she does not have a gym contract with Fusion but rather a tanning contract(please see attached contract) As you may see on the contract Ms [redacted] came in on 5/29/and signed a six month contract until 11/29/Therefore us not letting her cancel for two years is incorrect as she has only had a contract with Fusion since When Ms [redacted] called the gym to cancel it was simply explained to her per her contract that she needed to complete her contract agreement time and would have one last payment on 10/29/we also explained that if she wanted to terminate her contract it would have to be with proof that she moved miles away or a doctors note stating that for medical reason she could not complete her contractShe at this point became very upset and became rude, and started cursing at our staff over the phoneOur sales manager at this point just cancelled her membership even if the contact was not completedThe last thing we want as a business is to make a process difficult for us or our membersAt this point the account is cancelled and will stay cancelledwe do not feel it is necessary for us to refund her any amount of money as her contact is valid thank you

She at this point became very upset and became rude, and started cursing at our staff over the phone. At this point the account is cancelled and will stay cancelled. we do not feel it is necessary for us to refund her any amount of money as her contact is valid.
