I am rejecting this response because: Sal knows that he was deceitful from the beginningThey came into my store peddling their services and offered to create a website that would increase my salesI was very hesitant as I had been with a professional company for years and never had a problemI told them I was very hesitant to switch as I dis like changeAfter all, if something isn't broke then why fix itSal and his sales gal swore that there would not be any noticeable difference other than I would save my 1% sales charges from ***/***.Sal knew all along that changing the domain name would lower our ranking if he did not tie the old domain and new domain together*** informed me that this would be a very simple procedureThis would inform the search engines of a name change only and not a completely new websiteSal figured that this would create another avenue of income and he could then charge me for additional service (services he knew all along I really didnt need) He initially tried to blame my loss in both revenue and sales on me because he said I didn't send out emails to my customers informing them of the name changeThis is not true since customers had been using both *** and *** for over two yearsHe then blamed my loss of sales because of the name change aloneAs explained above this was as well I then pointed out that the site was not being properly indexed by the search enginesThis was because he used searched words that they would not pick up relating to what we were sellingHe used these words and these words only: *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** As you can see none of these would come up when someone was searching for *** *** *** *** *** ***, etc etc Again his intentional actions to keep my website from being foundHe now says that it is because the site is not SSLIt was until he removed it in early January of this yearI have attached a copy of the printout I made back in September of last year It clearly states the site is SSL secure and it has been since Again Sal sabotaged my site by removing the SSL certificate hoping I would pay him to get it back or just to keep my sales downThese are just a few examples of proof that he has manipulated my websiteI can go on and onI have talked with numerous personnel from *** over the past few weeks trying to get my site off his serverIt can not be done overnightIt takes time to create a new site, and to have it propagated*** has told me there were numerous intentional acts done by the Fusion Group including removing the link between *** and ***He also intentionally pushed *** back to *** knowing that my email was attached to itI then could not receive any emails for almost daysHe will say he didnt have anything to do with it becasue he didn't have the email service through his server, but he knEW that I would loose my email connection by sending *** back to ***The loss of the emails and link between *** and *** happend immediatly when he moved them to ***Thus he is the cause of it and agian showS intentional acts to sabotage my website and revenue

*** has been a hostile customer from the beginning as it shows in his response We did make the .htaccess changes to everything that was indexed in the *** index making aware that the site has been moved *** on multiple occasions, in many of his public comments even ascertains that his business has suffered little to no losses since he has a such a loyal following, so his claims are only as to what suits his mood that day *** has attempted to paint himself as a victim so we will succumb to his harassment and bullying to provide additional, value added services for no charge The "additional revenue" he speaks of is a mere couple hundred a month for a few months, on a month to month agreement, with a 100% satisfaction guarantee or his money back (on the SEO services), and the SSL was $per year, both of which are hardly large enough fees to even think we would have had motives other than his success As for removing his SSL, we told him he needed to purchase a new one for $a year since it was a new hosting company that he was moving to and couldnt be moved When we launched ***s site, he had over pages indexed in *** on his new site, and a steep growth pattern day by day As for ***s claim to move a site off of a server, this further illustrates our point on *** painting himself as a victim, you can move to a whole new host in minutes, although it MAY take hours to FULLY propagate (it never takes that long usually 2-hours), but ***s only interest is to harass and manipulate people into his mere attempt to harm our companies reputation Over years and over sites later, this has been and probably will be the only person who has had the "issues" he has.We have provided *** with sound advice, sound coding and have done EVERYTHING and more that we put in writing on his agreement and proposal We wish him and his business the best of luck

RD Designs (RD Media & Design) was purchased by Fusion Group late 2015, the issue with the shirts was conducted under RD.  In an effort to maintain a working relationship with this business we went ahead and honored the $200 promotional credit (not a cash refund or a cash credit, all items were delivered to them and in perfect condition) off of their next order.  Early December Fusion Group issued an invoice on NET 30 to [redacted] as a reminder of their hosting payment that would become due, our sales and admin staff called and emailed numerous times to see what they would like to do (the invoice amount is $119.99 per year), they did not inform us of any changes to the hosting so once the invoice became due the credit of $200 off the next order was applied.  Website hosting is paid a year in advance, [redacted], etc. all operate in the same fashion, that is an industry standard.  It wasn't until February this year that [redacted] informed us they would be using another vendor for their site.  She at that time asked us for more shirts (embroidery) and she would like to use the credit, we then informed her that the credit was used for the hosting since she did not tell us otherwise and that we had already paid for her renewal, but again in order to maintain any salvageable relationship, we told her that we would be happy to apply the remaining $80 left unused towards any order.  At this time she began to yell, scream and use profanity (which is the norm for her).  After the owner heard of the abuse she was giving his employees he at that time told her that he was canceling the promotional credit and that she would need to take her business elsewhere. We will not refund any money, since it was a promotional credit and not a cash credit. However, in an effort to meet in the middle the owner of the company will reinstate the remaining unused $80 to be used on a future order as long as it is used by end of first quarter 2016.

We have provided [redacted] on numerous occasions SEO pricing and he has rejected it every time.  When we approached [redacted] we lined out everything we could do, and also provided him advice on what he should do to ensure the sites success, and still yet to this day he has not done anything.  [redacted] only claims money loss when it suits his narrative, I have attached one of his first [redacted] reviews, before they banned him from their site, where he specifically states that he has not lost any revenue because of his large customer base.  [redacted] has been verbally abusive to everyone he has encountered in our company and his emails reflect as such (3 attached).  We have offered many options and all he wants to do is bash our company, this has been going on since end of September of last year.To address the reviews, yes, we did review his company as fact, the way [redacted] speaks to women and others is not only embarrassing, but is down right disgraceful, and that is the review we shared.  He did also call the police, only to have the officer tell him to grow up and it sounds like he is the one who is causing problems, no report or charges were filed. We, after many attempts to remain professional and help [redacted] move forward, decided to cancel his account and refund his prorated hosting money, this was done at our discretion and not by his demand.  I must note that even as of today [redacted] continues to host his site on our servers, 25 days later, this should truly show that if he believed we were intentionally sabotaging his site why would he still allow us to have access.  We have provided ample assistance and opportunities for [redacted], unfortunately they have fallen on deaf ears.

In response to your question as to whether or not we were a client of the Fusion Group, the answer is yes.  They did change their name last spring from RD Design to Fusion Group.  They are the same people, same place but with a new name.  I believe you said they changed their name...

last April and our problems began in July.  If you need any other information please feel free to email us or call.Kind regards,[redacted] - Owner[redacted]- Owner

I am rejecting this response because: Sal,   Reply her is the same that I get from him.  I never insisted he do work for free. His effort to make a "New Improved website" for my business was anything but.  It didn't take long to see that our decision to go with the Fusion Group was the worst business mistake we have made. Our sales IMMEDIATELY dropped 60% and we have had nearly $60K in lost revenue due to the new site not performing as promised. Sal and his GF gave me their word that it would be a smooth transition form the old site to the new site. It wasn't until I asked him to FIX MY SITE that he informed us that there were many things not included in the service we paid for. Services that he knew would cause our site not to perform like the previous site had for nearly 8 years. He informed me many time that if I wanted my site fixed and back the way the previous site was, I would have to pay him. If he would of been honest and informed us that there were going to be issues, (the he know of before starting to build the site) we may have stayed with his company. I have attached a copy of  emails where he admits making false reviews on my Facebook page and then goes on the threaten to sabotage my website if I didn't remove it soon (er) than later. Any reviews that I did of his business were done with facts. He along with his GF have made up false claims and posted them on my [redacted] page, [redacted] reviews, as well as Facebook. These were done in retaliation immediately after my reviews of his company.  I even had to make a complaint to the GJ Police department because of the repeated threatening emails (which are attached), I was receiving from him as well.

I believe this invoice was paid using the payment option on their server. It has been paid in full. Additional email docs coming as soon as I can get to a PDF capable PC

[redacted] hired our company to develop a new website, on a new (never had content) domain name, and included in that was basic SEO and search engine submission.  I have attached 2 reports, 1 that shows the date and time the submissions took place, and 2 a report from a industry leading SEO auditing...

3 party company that show the quality of site we developed, we would have received a 94/100, however we were hit 10 points because [redacted] did not want to buy a SSL certificate for his site. From day one we explained, in detail, what was needed for the site and [redacted] repeated to decline any future services.  It wasnt until 2 months past by before [redacted] started making threats to sue us and bash us online if we did not perform monthly SEO services on his site, for no charge.  After 4 months of constant threats, foul language, publicly attempting to harm our companies reputation, and calling his account rep a "stupid [redacted]" we decided to cancel his account and refund the unused portion of the $299 hosting fee he prepaid.  We have provided [redacted] an ample 30 day notice to move the site and find another provider.  We have in no way sabotaged his site, or his email ([redacted] hosts his email NOT our company), and he is having difficulties with a domain name we never serviced.  [redacted] has made it a point to cause public harm to our brand (screen shots attached of his and his friends reviews on [redacted]).We are refunding the unused portion of his hosting after the 30 days notice has lapsed and that is all we are willing to do.

I am rejecting this response because:The response posted by this company is so full of incorrect information that I don't even know where to begin.  First off, last spring we were told that the company had changed it's name from RD Media and Design to Fusion Group.  No mention of the company being bought out or anything like that. My account rep  I dealt with was the same person as I always had and the "boss" was always referred to as the same person.  I don't even know why this is being brought up because my problem began in August so I believe that this name change had already taken place. I am only addressing this because their response makes it sound like they were honoring RD Media and Designs offer of the $200 credit when they are in fact the same people.  Secondly, the response refers to them using $119.88 of the $200 credit toward the renewal of our website and hosting for 2016. However, as of this morning, the owner of the company called, ranting and raving, said we had always been a pain in the @#% and after hanging up on us,  took down our website and our email.  So, my question is this. If they applied our credit to the website hosting but now have taken it down, then what have we received as a credit????  I would say the answer to that is $0.00.  If the credit went to pay for 2016 then we should have through December 2016 on our website hosting and email.  There was also some misunderstanding on how LATE our order in July was.  I saw somewhere (maybe in an email, not sure because I can no longer login) that the order for the shirts in July were only a week late.  This is an outright lie.  It was at least 6 weeks and I think more, before we finally got our shirts.  The whole point of us ordering the shirts in the first place was for an event on 8/1/2015.  They keep calling it 1 small mistake.  This was not a small mistake to us.  It was important to us and should have been important to them.
