Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sal, Reply her is the same that I get from him I never insisted he do work for freeHis effort to make a "New Improved website" for my business was anything but It didn't take long to see that our decision to go with the Fusion Group was the worst business mistake we have madeOur sales IMMEDIATELY dropped 60% and we have had nearly $60K in lost revenue due to the new site not performing as promisedSal and his GF gave me their word that it would be a smooth transition form the old site to the new siteIt wasn't until I asked him to FIX MY SITE that he informed us that there were many things not included in the service we paid forServices that he knew would cause our site not to perform like the previous site had for nearly yearsHe informed me many time that if I wanted my site fixed and back the way the previous site was, I would have to pay himIf he would of been honest and informed us that there were going to be issues, (the he know of before starting to build the site) we may have stayed with his companyI have attached a copy of emails where he admits making reviews on my Facebook page and then goes on the threaten to sabotage my website if I didn't remove it soon (er) than laterAny reviews that I did of his business were done with factsHe along with his GF have made up claims and posted them on my [redacted] page, [redacted] reviews, as well as FacebookThese were done in retaliation immediately after my reviews of his company I even had to make a complaint to the GJ Police department because of the repeated threatening emails (which are attached), I was receiving from him as well Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The response posted by this company is so full of incorrect information that I don't even know where to begin First off, last spring we were told that the company had changed it's name from RD Media and Design to Fusion Group No mention of the company being bought out or anything like thatMy account rep I dealt with was the same person as I always had and the "boss" was always referred to as the same person I don't even know why this is being brought up because my problem began in August so I believe that this name change had already taken placeI am only addressing this because their response makes it sound like they were honoring RD Media and Designs offer of the $credit when they are in fact the same people Secondly, the response refers to them using $of the $credit toward the renewal of our website and hosting for However, as of this morning, the owner of the company called, ranting and raving, said we had always been a pain in the @#% and after hanging up on us, took down our website and our email So, my question is thisIf they applied our credit to the website hosting but now have taken it down, then what have we received as a credit???? I would say the answer to that is $ If the credit went to pay for then we should have through December on our website hosting and email There was also some misunderstanding on how LATE our order in July was I saw somewhere (maybe in an email, not sure because I can no longer login) that the order for the shirts in July were only a week late This is an outright lie It was at least weeks and I think more, before we finally got our shirts The whole point of us ordering the shirts in the first place was for an event on 8/1/ They keep calling it small mistake This was not a small mistake to us It was important to us and should have been important to them Regards, [redacted] ***[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

RD Designs (RD Media & Design) was purchased by Fusion Group late 2015, the issue with the shirts was conducted under RD In an effort to maintain a working relationship with this business we went ahead and honored the $promotional credit (not a cash refund or a cash credit, all items were delivered to them and in perfect condition) off of their next order Early December Fusion Group issued an invoice on NET to [redacted] as a reminder of their hosting payment that would become due, our sales and admin staff called and emailed numerous times to see what they would like to do (the invoice amount is $per year), they did not inform us of any changes to the hosting so once the invoice became due the credit of $off the next order was applied Website hosting is paid a year in advance, [redacted] ***, [redacted] ***, [redacted] ***, etcall operate in the same fashion, that is an industry standard It wasn't until February this year that [redacted] informed us they would be using another vendor for their site She at that time asked us for more shirts (embroidery) and she would like to use the credit, we then informed her that the credit was used for the hosting since she did not tell us otherwise and that we had already paid for her renewal, but again in order to maintain any salvageable relationship, we told her that we would be happy to apply the remaining $left unused towards any order At this time she began to yell, scream and use profanity (which is the norm for her) After the owner heard of the abuse she was giving his employees he at that time told her that he was canceling the promotional credit and that she would need to take her business elsewhere.We will not refund any money, since it was a promotional credit and not a cash creditHowever, in an effort to meet in the middle the owner of the company will reinstate the remaining unused $to be used on a future order as long as it is used by end of first quarter

In response to your question as to whether or not we were a client of the Fusion Group, the answer is yes They did change their name last spring from RD Design to Fusion Group They are the same people, same place but with a new name I believe you said they changed their name last April and our problems began in July If you need any other information please feel free to email us or call.Kind regards, [redacted] - Owner [redacted] - Owner

I believe this invoice was paid using the payment option on their serverIt has been paid in fullAdditional email docs coming as soon as I can get to a PDF capable PC

[redacted] hired our company to develop a new website, on a new (never had content) domain name, and included in that was basic SEO and search engine submission I have attached reports, that shows the date and time the submissions took place, and a report from a industry leading SEO auditing party company that show the quality of site we developed, we would have received a 94/100, however we were hit points because [redacted] did not want to buy a SSL certificate for his site.From day one we explained, in detail, what was needed for the site and [redacted] repeated to decline any future services It wasnt until months past by before [redacted] started making threats to sue us and bash us online if we did not perform monthly SEO services on his site, for no charge After months of constant threats, foul language, publicly attempting to harm our companies reputation, and calling his account rep a "stupid ***" we decided to cancel his account and refund the unused portion of the $hosting fee he prepaid We have provided [redacted] an ample day notice to move the site and find another provider We have in no way sabotaged his site, or his email ( [redacted] hosts his email NOT our company), and he is having difficulties with a domain name we never serviced [redacted] has made it a point to cause public harm to our brand (screen shots attached of his and his friends reviews on ***).We are refunding the unused portion of his hosting after the days notice has lapsed and that is all we are willing to do
