Dear Revdex.com complaints department, This letter is in response to ID# [redacted] from [redacted] filing a complaint of unauthorized charges to her accountWithin this letter you will find the personal training contract for her husband [redacted] which the charges were for on their account of $a month.You will see in the charges report there was a charge for $on Jan 1, for his trainingIn that month [redacted] came in and asked if he could pay for his months of training in fullYou will see this was done via check on Jan 30, for $1,which was the remaining balance he owed for the months.As when he brought in the check on Jan 30th our billing filing was already submitted to our banks and couldn't be deleted in time [redacted] made us aware of this after and we hand wrote him a check for $as a refund on this charge.I am confused as to why she is saying the charges were not authorized as the Jan charge of $was part of his automatic payments for training (please see attached training contract) and the Feb charge of $we had apologized for and refunded via check.It was brought to our knowledge [redacted] had called the bank to file a complaint for both charges of $on Jan and Feb 1, which then was debited out of our account back to hersFrom our side now we are actually out $of which would technically be owed to us.We have not pursued [redacted] for the $and took it as a hit on our side and apologized to [redacted] in our constant effort to go above and beyond in our customer service.I ask that you please look over the documents enclosed to see the charges that were approved and where we did our best to make good on the mistake for the accidental charge.As for [redacted] saying we told her members were mistakenly charged I am unaware of where that came from as that has not happened to usAs for her accusations of us fraudulently charging members please feel free to contact me at any time as this is completely falseAny questions about ID #please contact me anytime via phone or email.Phone: [redacted] Email: [redacted] -Matt H [redacted] Fusion Gyms Chief Operating Off

I would not recommend fusion gyms to anyone who is looking for a gym spot. I was double charged for one month of payment and when talking to the General Manager, he ran me around in circles to get an answer as to what was happening. When I went to seek help from my bank and having the customer services rep talk to them all of a sudden I was able to file a reimbursement form. Very shady business practice.

 I spoke to [redacted] yesterday on the matter and he is satisfied with the resolution.  He does not owe Fusion Gyms any money the $320.00 was paid by check that I was unaware of in our system.   As of yesterday [redacted] said you can call or email him with any questions [redacted] phone number ###-###-####.

$160 a month.You will see in the charges report there was a charge for $160 on Jan 1, 2015 for his training. In that month [redacted] came in and asked if he could pay for his 12 months of training in full. You will see this was done via check on Jan 30, 2015 for $1,280.00 which was the remaining balance he owed for the 12 months.As when he brought in the check on Jan 30th our billing filing was already submitted to our banks and couldn't be deleted in time.
