Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] To whom it may concernI have read the response from the Fusion House and an appalled and embarrassed for the ownerFirstly no where in the description of the Pad Thai does it mention shrimpSecondly he was the one that began yelling at me the patron accusing me of being irresponsible for not stating my allergyI am 60yrs old and clearly know how to read a menu and its ingredientsI contacted the Board of Health and he was instructed to change all take out menu and house menus to include the ingredientsThirdly he never offered to reimburse me for the charge and it is still in dispute with my credit card (which I believe they will lean on my side)Shrimp is one of the most common allergic ingredients which can include anaphylaxis which can be deadlyThis man clearly is placing his patrons in healths harms way and could result in death or legal mattersI am advocating for the other of people in my positionHe is a very small ignorant business man who would rather challenge $than admit his mistakeI will tell anyone that will listen to stay away from the Fusion House and the owners husbandAnd lastly the order was not $and change it was $and changeThe Board of Health instructed him of the change he needs to make and plans on following up on the changeI will keep checking until he changes his menus for the protection of the publicRespectfully [redacted] *** Regards, [redacted] ***

Hi, this email message is regarding to this complaint # *** .*** ***This lady called in to place a delivery order back on Oct One of the item she ordered is Pad tai noodle This item has the chicken and shrimp on itAnd when she placed the item , she never mentioned about she
has the serious seafood allegedly. On the menus , we have the highlights note that says: before placing your order, please inform your server if a person in your party has a food allergy She did not mentioning to us .Afterward, she called back to the restaurant and started yelling I mean , as business wise , if you do have any sort of the allergy , you should mention to every restaurant you go to, No one knows more about yourself' medical issue . Secondly, after we spoke to her on the phone , we decided to reimburse the Pad Tai Noodle ( $) to her credit card , and we tried to delivery another one that does not have seafood on it , but she was telling us she took the whole order out of town And she even asked us to have the whole order which was worth ($ 49.44) value refund to her credit card . It was not our fault , it was her problem that not to mention about her health problem I do not know she has been doing that to another restaurants or not But this is not right And we believed she did disputes the whole amount money .After about month later , *** *** She Called the Health department of , Methuen So now the health inspector got involved with it too." customers are always right "Sometimes is not Sometimes people take your kindness of your weakness Once again , if you have any allergy , Please Please Please mention to any food court or restaurants you go too .Do not make any problems to people .Take care yourself

To whom it may concernI have had read the response from the customer again. Again . First of all, we did give the new print out menu for the board of healthIn Methuen . Secondly , when you have that seriously food allergy, PLEASE inform to all the restaurants patrons, if you do not want to being sick . We really do not know what to want from us. Being a 60 years old woman, if you have time just go help others, do some volunteer work with your community or using your acknowledge knowing about the food allergies informations to tell people, and PLEASE do not just sit at home calling people to complaining all the time. Maybe that is the way you spent your retirement life . But we have so many things to deal with . We learned it by mistake ( menu descriptions not calafy) but we did fix the menu . Let it be . Life is still good . Like what I recommend for you is : do not go out to eat , or when you are going out , please show your food allergy license when you are walk in the door . No more commends for this lady

Shrimp is one of the 8 most common allergic ingredients which can include anaphylaxis which can be deadly. This man clearly is placing his patrons in healths harms way and could result in death or legal matters. I am advocating for the other of people in my position. He is a very small ignorant business man who would rather challenge $8.00 than admit his mistake. I will tell anyone that will listen to stay away from the Fusion House and the owners husband. And lastly the order was not $49.00 and change it was $38.00 and change. The Board of Health instructed him of the change he needs to make and plans on following up on the change. I will keep checking until he changes his menus for the protection of the public. Respectfully [redacted]
