Great company! Direct and honest. Didn't string me along. Showed me my options, helped me get the system that is best for my family, and backed it all up with a great warranty and customer service. Out of the dozens of solar companies this one rises above the rest.

Fusion Power took the time to show me how to drastically lower my SRP bill. From first contact to completion of installation my questions have all been answered. I am very proud of my decision to go with Fusion Power.

Absolutely the worst costumer service. Some "used car salesman" shows up at our door touting " we are the top rated " solar company in Arizona. Come to find out is he not a licensed contractor at all. They sell contracts" for their own used car salesman commissions" for a company called Titan Solar. This whole process took over eight months and you could never get this guy to "call" you, only text messages. He never provided the $500 cash rebate. Their installers damaged the tiles on our brand new installed roof. After we tried several times to get a hold of someone to find out how we set up and monitor our usage we spoke to some lady who had a drunken spouse in the background. She chuckled when we explained our problems with this company. We should have done a lot more research into this company.

Fusion Power is a great company. From ownership to sales professionals to after the sale support, they will keep you updated on what is happening every step of the way. Highly recommend!

From start to finish I was super impressed with Fusion Power. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered every single one of my questions. Ive been in sales for quite a long time and its refreshing to come across a sales company with good ethics and correct information. Highly recommend them.

I love how the account managers keep customers in the loop throughout the process. Great savings too.

Fusion Power is a company that is very competitive and straightforward. They were honest with me about how solar REALLY worked and how it would benefit me now and in the future. They did not hide things like the other companies did for me to find out on my own. Thankfully, I was taught by Fusion Power before I went with a different company! You must include Fusion Power in your search for solar so you will get the honest information and make the best choice for your family, which is Fusion Power in my opinion.

My experience with Fusion Power was nothing but pleasant the entire time. I was thoroughly educated in solar by Scott, my solar consultant. Even after I proceeded with my solar project, he continued to answer all my questions. I was made aware of visits to my home by the Fusion staff. They were very friendly. The install team treated my property with respect and made sure to inform me of each step of the install process. When my solar ended up getting turned on, the tech was very informative and didn't leave my home until he answered all my questions. I've been telling everyone I know about these guys. Considering what's going on with the world and jobs being uncertain right now, I'm so happy to know that I won't have to worry about having insanely high power bills this summer!

I contacted Jordan T. after hearing very good reviews from the local community. He explained everything very thoroughly & so we could understand it. Titan did the install very quickly & professionally. I was told to figure 2 days for the install but they had it done in 1 day & the electrician went over everything with me & explained it all before leaving. I had a roof leak later on & called Jordan & he relayed to Titan & they had a crew here to fix it within an hour. It turned out not to be their problem but they repaired it anyway while on the roof.
I highly recommend Fusion Power & Jordan if your interested in solar.

I'm not impressed with any company whose representatives ring a doorbell with a large "no soliciting" sign posted right over it, then claim not to have seen the sign; then evade the question "what company are you with?" till the third, very firm, repetition. If you're not a racket, send quality representatives to the community.

best solar company i've talked to. I met with *** Power, AZ SOLAR SOLUTIONS and SOALR TOPPS and Fusion took the lead in customer service and gaining my business. Jordan T was our solar rep and he broke down ALL of our options to help us understand that not all solar is equal. He went into detail about our energy usage, planned changes and did an energy evaluation on our home to make sure we we're going to be in the best position moving forward. 100 stars!

I have never done business with Fusion Power. I had my solar installed by a different company several years ago. When returning home from a vacation recently, I found an unsolicited yard sign on my front lawn from this company which stating 'I switched to solar for $0.' This company had NO RIGHT to falsely advertise on my front lawn regarding services they never performed. If Fusion Power is going to mislead my neighbors from the start of the process, how could anyone have trust any part of their process: workmanship, materials, warranties? DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

We sure apologize that you received one of our yard signs. My assumption is that one of your next door neighbors is one of our customers and the person who delivered the yard sign placed it in your yard by mistake. If you would be willing to give us your address, we would love to retrieve the sign and put in in our customer's yard instead. We hope that you would forgive this mistake and remove this review as our error was certainly unintentional. Thanks.

My solar panel system took over 5 months to install and placed online. The system installation was by Titan and it was slow and sloppy; with numerous defects that required repeated service calls to correct. A box of trash was even left on the roof. The system was rejected twice by the city inspector (Florence) and once by the power company (APS).

Most of the time I had to deal with the installation company myself to correct the issues due to Fusion's lack of customer support and non-returned phone calls. Fusion's "after the sale" support was very poor.

Hi ***,
I saw your review on the Revdex.com and apologize for the lack of communication after your solar system was installed. Do you have any current questions that I can personally answer for you? Is there anything you need on your account? Would you be willing to let me know what your bill last April was compared to this April so that I can ensure you are saving money as we promised? Lastly, is there anything we can do to gain your trust to get a better review online from you?
