[Your Answer Here] Please be informed that after I submitted complaint to the Revdex.comI continued my research to get in contact with anyone at Fuster LawI came in contact with another person in similar situation against MrF* he had hired a lawyer to assist him and with his help I was able to get the cell phone number for Christian G*** ###-###-#### who works for Fuster LawAfter leaving several voice messages MrG*** returned my call, we spoke in two occasions, he identified himself as an accountant clerk, he also apologized as he admitted the lack of timely communication from the office of Fuster LawI expressed my dissatisfaction with the way MrF* has handled my case and asked for a refund of the $Dls I have paid MrG*** stated, he did not have authority to cancel the contract or issue any refund money unless approved by Mr. Davis F* who is his bossMrG*** stated he will inform MrF* and promised me that he will call me back with a response, or he will have MrF* contact me directlyIt is now over two weeks no one has called me back and once again my attempts to get in touch with the Law firm or Mr G*** has been unsuccessful as they don't respond to my callsMrG*** did say they were relocating to a new office, but he did not say where. I am not surprised they did not respond to your correspondence as this is their common practicePlease inform me if there is anything else I could do from my partThank You

Review: I entered into a contract with Fuster Law, and the attorney I spoke with stated that the firm would help me with residential foreclosure and load modification options. They assured me that they had submitted applications for a modification on my behalf, but upon speaking with [redacted], the loan servicing company, I learned that nothing had been submitted to [redacted]. I have continued to ask Fuster Law about the status of my case and they have not given me any answers. However, they continued to make electronic withdrawals from my bank account each month. I have asked them to show me the work that has been done and they have not done so. They also did not give me an itemized bill or some document that explains the reason they are making withdrawals from my account. Finally, I asked them for, at least, a partial refund, and they have refused. Instead, they have mailed me notices of collection for the remaining balance. Since I trusted that they were working on my case, I didn't find out on time that my home now has a sale date.Desired Settlement: I request a refund or at least a partial refund of all the money I have paid Fuster Law because they have not done any work for me, but are requesting more money from me.

Review: In April 2014, I contacted the office of Fuster Law, located in Long Island City NY to request information and legal assistance with "debt consolidation". I met with Lawyer David F[redacted] and we agreed that for a legal fee of $2.500 Dls. he will negotiate a more favorable payment plan with 6 of my credit cards. I made payment of $2,500 Dls. and signed the contract.

Following weeks of the signing of this contract, if I didn't take the initiative to call Mr. F[redacted] office to get updates, I will never hear from him or any of his assistants, several of them who were assigned to work on my case no longer work with this firm and I only found out when I called back and, each and every time I spoke to someone new who was handling my case, promises were made they will follow up with my creditors and let me know. But, unless I called, I never heard from them.

At the same time creditors were calling me stating they had a difficult time getting communication with Mr. F[redacted] when they needed to contact him. As a result of these calls from the creditors I managed myself to settle a payment agreement with one of my credit cards, I have the cancelled check to prove this transaction was completed.

Since that time I had experienced delays after delays in responses to my many phone calls, I visited the office several times and on two occasions I insisted on meeting with Mr. F[redacted], he did elaborate that contacts to my creditors were in process and told me to give time to solve my case as the more time in waiting to negotiating a deal, this was a factor in my favor.

The outcome of all my efforts in contacting Mr. F[redacted], had been one of frustration, no follow up calls received to keep me informed unless I called and waited at times days for someone to call back. This was not the case when I first contacted his office, I almost immediately got an appointment with him and he met with me, it became clear once I gave him my money, I was no longer a priority in his work schedule.

The last time I heard from one of Mr. F[redacted] assistant was in August of 2015 when I requested the refund of my $2,500 Dls. payment, he promised me a conference call with Mr. David F[redacted], I am still waiting, this call never took place, called his office left messages no one called had called back.

As of this time October 2015, all the phone numbers of Mr. David F[redacted] Law firm in Long Island City NY, are no longer in service, and it appears they are in the process of moving to a different location. No one from Mr. David F[redacted] had informed me, they are relocating.Desired Settlement: I will like to receive assistant from your office in helping me to get the refund of the $2,500 Dls, fee I paid Mr. David F[redacted], for not delivering the services he agreed to, when we signed the contract in April of 2015.

I have up until now requested these records 3 times but to no avail. Now, my home can be repossesed by the bank and I cannot get in touch with David F[redacted] II, Esq nor Javier M[redacted], Esq who was the attorney handling this matter. I need help A.S.A.P.Desired Settlement: I would need to have this matter of the repossession of my home stopped immediately before March *, 2016 until I receive my records from them so that the attorney who would be handling my matter can review same. Time is not on my side however.

Review: David F[redacted] was located in NJ and I hired him to handle legal matters pertaining to my mother's credit repair. Some time had passed and there was no progress in the status of our case. Eventually I asked him to refund my money $5000 and was given a legal document for services not rendered. After 30 days we never saw the refund and found out that his firm had filed for bankruptcy. At this time we spoke to Mr. F[redacted] about our refund and he assured us that we would receive it in time. He stated that his contact information would remain the same. We told Mr. F[redacted] that we would give him some time and that we would revisit the matter in the beginning of the year. Now we cannot get in contact with him nor locate him as his information has changed.Desired Settlement: We want our money back

Review: I hired first third or last year in 2014. After a consultation they wanted payment in full. Payment was made to them they kept in contact with me in the beginning, after several different people attending my case, and for the time it has taken I contacted the office and no one has responded to me. I called my bank and they told me I was denied they have gotten not gotten any paperwork from Buster Laura I am requesting a full refund of $3500 for work that was started and paid for but never completed.Desired Settlement: $3500 I am a disabled woman with a fixed income and I paid for their help. I feel like I was robbed since no one calls me back, I am a senior citizen with health issues that money could have been used to someone that could actually help my situation and rob from me.

Review: I retained the services of this law firm in 2013 in order to get a loan modification loan on my home by 2015 the law firm advised me that they were declaring bankruptcy and could not help me. They had there offices in New Jersey that's where I hired them for assistance with my situation. I paid this law firm 12,050.00 dollars for there help! And I was advised to retain the services of another lawyer to help me. When I retained the services of my new lawyer he looked over the disc that the first lawyers have me. In it it stated several discrepancies which didn't make sense to me. It stated that I made more money than I did and lied about the cause of death of my husband.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to refund my money and pay for the new lawyer I had to retain.

I contracted this firm to help me with the modification of my home on January 2012 as of then they collect a first payment of $1500.00 and then $500.00 a month for a total of $5574.00 that was deducted from my sears credit card. The full amount was paid and no work was done all the firm did was collect forms of mines and nothing more. I contacted my mortgage company many times and were notified by them that the firm only submitted one form in May 2012 to be able to recieve information from the bank. I also have there own website proff of the no work that was done in more than a year. No further request were made by firm in a year time. I have been asking for a refund since January 2013 and the owner [redacted] has stated a couple of time he would refund the monies and to this date Feb **, 2013 we have tried to contact him everyday and he does not return our calls nor does he answer our voicemails. I need your assistance in getting my money back from this firm.
