Review: I bought a couch on nov-**-2013 that it came broke from the delivery date and I am still waiting to be replaced.

I bought a bed with a queen mattress that I did not wanted to buy at the first place but the assured me that I can return in in 30 days for refund.now when I called 10 times already they told me that the mattress is not returnable.I cannot use it and I need to return it for a refund.my back hurts when I sleep on that mattressDesired Settlement: I need the broken couch to be replaced and the mattress to be returned for a refund.

As soon as we find out about a direct in the sofa bed we ordered a replacement that took less than 2 weeks and set up a date for replacement. On December [redacted] customer received anew sofa with no further complains.
