Futura Car Wash

Owner does not follow through with refund offered. does not respond to phone calls. is not accessible. The drive-thru carwash died while I was in it. all power went off. my car was covered with soap. fortunately, I was able to drive out. then had to pay more money to spray the soap off, in a different section of the carwash. I called for 2 weeks, memory was full on answering device . finally got through, have left msgs, no response. I paid $6 , plus another $2.50 to get soap off. I am a senior who lives nearby. owner is never there. $8.50 is a lot of money to me. I count every dollar. Desired Settlementi would like to let other customers know that this owner does not follow through with what it says on his sign that is posted, also he does not follow through with the phone msg. he has that says "leave your address and we will mail you a refund". the other carwash he owns also has a phone number that doesn't work. I got a FAX sound for 2 weeks when I called, trying to reach someone.

Left messages for refund for broken equipment half way through car wash. All messages went unanswered. Want refund.I visited this car wash on Sept 2 and Sept 13. I used the hand wash and both times the spot free rinse did not work. When that option was selected the hose shut off and nothing came out but a trickle. I immediately called the customer service # posted at the car wash and never received a call back even though the message says all calls will be returned and refunds issued. I had to stand there and wait out the time until the minimum was met all while not getting the service I selected. The customer service sucks and they are just stealing money from people. I want my money back asap. I will never give my business to this place ever again and I've been a customer for over 12 years. The Futura Car Wash has failed after payment 4 times lately. I get no response to my inquiries about a refund. I want my money back. The automated wash has failed in some way during the wash the past 4 of 6 times. Twice it seemed that the system was out of soap, and twice the soap just oozed out and plopped on the floor, never even touching my car. I have called the listed phone number, but only twice was able to leave a message asking for a refund. Never was able to speak with a human. Never even got a call back. I have faithfully spent $11.00 per wash. Now I want my money back ($44.00) for the 4 recent times that my car was not washed as advertised. I took my 2014 Camry through the automated car wash and cycle stopped after spraying my car with soap and flashed the "exit now" sign. Soap left on my brand new car to bake in the sun until I could wash it off caused nothing but problems.
