We also checked the air filter and refrigerant pressures on the system.This customer has not had a tuneup on his system since we installed it in 2012.We installed an outdoor temperature sensor when the unit was in warranty for no charge in 2013..We drove to his house,diagnosed his problem,replaced capacitor,and have to do the return warranty for a total of $178.00.We feel like this is a fair market value.We are willing to give him back $less $for now used capacitor if he would bring it back to us.We can also give him back his old capacitor
