Company did not honor there Warranty Promise
Purchased a particular Electric Dryer through *** Marketplace, with Delivery and 90 Day Warranty. Dryer failed within 24 hrs. Representative came back to the house and confirmed Dryer needed a new Control Module. He took the Dryer back, and left a Loaner. When we didn't hear back, the representative claimed we had agreed to keep the Loaner. When we stated that we wanted the repaired Dryer that we had purchased, they promised to delivery by the weekend. They then blocked all forms of contact with my Wife and I. We have been unable to resolve.
We have posted the Loaner Unit for Sale to determine Market Value, should we need to recoup for our loss, but have not sold.
We would like the Business to honor their Warranty, fix the unit we purchased, and take back the Loaner. Else, we would like the Refund of our purchase price and delivery costs.
I purchased a refrigerator on 11/7 2018 and it stopped working on 11/27 and they sent out repairman on December 1st and he said it was fine.It had stopped working on October 27th and started back on 28th .The 29th it stopped again. And on December 2nd it stopped working and didn't ever start again..Please help.The business will not return calls or txt since
