I just wanted to take a minute to write a review about the wonderful service I received at Future Auto on Independence Blvd I am a single mother and I depend on my Honda minivan for transportation to and from work and to transport my children to school and their sporting events A friend of mine mentioned that he thought my brakes needed to be looked at After pricing out the expense of new brakes, I had hoped mine could last a little longer I called Future Auto and spoke with [redacted] *** He listened to my car concerns and told me to bring in my van that day whenever I was available He told me they would evaluate my car and let me know what work needed to be done Once I arrived, they were able to check out my car right away and confirm that I needed brakes For my safety and for the safety of my children, I told them to go ahead and do the repairs hoping it was not going to be terribly expensive After only hours the repairs were complete and it was time to check out Future Auto was able to get me back on the road safely and was able to do it all for a considerably lower price than the competition I had previously priced out [redacted] explained I would need to return for some additional work to be done, but it was not a safety issue so I could come back at a later date I am so thankful to have a place where I can take my van in for repairs and not feel like I am going to be taken advantage of The timely repairs, quality of work and excellent customer service will guarantee that I return to Future Auto and will gladly refer my friends and family should they be in need of a new car or any car repairs in the future Thank you
Future Atuo is awesome They answer the phone very well ,they clearly understand our problems and fix it in no time.Cost vise they are very reasonableI'm glad that my friend recommend Future Auto to me
