Was directed To Kristy [redacted] Realtor by new neighbor 'Bill' from [redacted] Ranches, just south of Pueblo WestShe responded quickly but didn't offer much direction or advice like I expected, but because I was leaving town that day and didn't have time to search for another realtor, I decided to let her list the property She never seemed positive towards me or the property and the business vibe was skewed as if she didn't want to be bothered with the area my house was in Throughout the ensuing ordeal an offer was placed and she was quick to suggest I accept even though it was 25K less than listing price It only got worse! Initial contract , the refrigerator was left out of sale but after closing found out that buying agent and Kristy had not informed buyer They both tried to manipulate me into buying a refrigwhen I clearly had NOT included it She never once defended or represented ME! Not a sellers realtor at all!!

My wife and I were trying to purchase a home in Pueblo and the realtor for the sellers asked for a last best offer from us and one other buyer. We submitted and later got a call from our realtor saying that if we could move our closing date up a week than we had a deal. We accepted and they submitted a counter offer to our agent for review, she did this and sent it on to us to sign but we could not open it. The link was giving the error that the document had been removed but the owner. I called our agent and she had the sellers agent resubmit which she did but at the bottom of the counteroffer she had added that the seller would not pay any concessions or leave the appliances (which was in the original offer).
When we called the sellers agent we were told that they had received another offer after we had talked last and this is what we would have to do to get the house.
The sellers agent is Felicia [redacted] of REMAX Associates and I feel that what she did was unethical.
