Future Digital has been ethical and responsive to our technical needs, there VoIP product is awesome and they take good care of our office copiers! Highly recommend working with this company!

Service is abysmal.

Service is abysmal about sums this company up. Our office has one main copier for large jobs and trying to get supplied with toner for this copier is like trying to run in quick sand. They will not let us keep a backup toner or two on hand and when we order it and it doesn't come timely we have to just wait and use other small printers for our large jobs. This is so completely ridiculous. As soon as our contract is over we are definitely going with a new company. I understand that veteran owns this company and I thank him for his service but do you think the military would have a copier without a back up toner for it? Why would you have a policy that impedes work and makes your customers want to quit doing business with you?

We just had FDI here to fix an issue with our copy machine and the tech was knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would recommend them!
