I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Wow - there is so much nonsense in there I frankly don't know where to start! First of all, I have all his emails and texts which show that he is not telling the truth. I would text him, email him and call him and he would tell me he is coming "this week" "today". He would not show. Then I would do it again and again and he would constantly make up some excuse why he could not come , usually that he was too busy with new customers. This is quite ironic since I referred him several customers via a 300+ listserve of people in my neighborhood which I run. Despite the fact that I have emails and texts that prove my side of the story, his version is actually comical. For example, I instructed his guys where to put my fence. His guys ignored my explicit instructions and put it in a different location. They admitted doing this because they were concerned about the city forcing them to move it and told me they did not believe that my location was not on city property. I told them that they should have listened to me and it was my problem if it were in the wrong place. They still refused to move it. Due to ongoing litigation, I already had a signed document from the commissioner of public works stating exactly where my property line ends. I would be happy to send a copy of this letter to the Revdex.com. I would also be happy to connect the Revdex.com with the CWP either via the phone or via email.Of course this business owner could have simply apologized for promising to come and not showing up and making the situation correct but instead he wants to use lies and make matters worse. Thats his business. Revdex.com- please let me know if you would like any of the aforementioned documentation to substantiate my claims above.Or you could simply do a quick google search of this business and see that other people had the EXACT same experience as me - his guys make a mistake and then he promises over and over again to come and does not show. The first result has complaints going back to 2011 with the exact same problems I had. Next time I will be more careful to review guys before using them.Too bad this guy doesn't treat his customers properly - an ontime apointment and apology would have gone a long way - especially for someone who refereed business his way!

We are responding to complaint, ID#[redacted] Every time customer called we responded. The problem that he has is that there is a very small gap in the fence because there is a tree in the line of the fence. The tree is on an angle and we did seal it off so he cannot see apartment house...
behind him, but he was not happy with the way we did it. We addressed his concern by returning and putting another board on the side of tree, then he was not happy with how the fence was finished into the tree, so we went back, again. This time he wasn’t happy with the way it was finished so we went back – again. He’s still not happy and never will be. We probably went back six times after completing job. This fence is in the rear of the property. We also installed a fence in front of the property, which after it was installed, he made my mechanic remove it and bring it 1” closer to the street so he would have 1” more property. The way he made him move it was to get a personal letter “supposedly” from Rob A[redacted] – County Executive, that it was OK. He produced that letter in minutes. No other fence company would ever do what we have done for this customer. Every time we went there he would not tell us immediately that it was not okay, he would wait days or even weeks to tell us that he was not satisfied. Future Fence & Painting, Inc. [redacted]
