I am not please with the customer service pertaining to proposed repairs to a truck that was already damaged when I purchased it
This complaint against this company is because on October 13, I purchased a *** truck from the listed companyI put $down as as a down payment and I had to purchase my mine tags which was $Within two days I called Mr*** at the company and reported that there was not in heat in the truckhe told me that it would be fixedThe truck went in the shop the first time and stayed roughly a week and the truck appeared to be fixed but after a few more days the truck went back to doing the same thing but this time the truck started running hotonce again I call the company and reported that the truck was running hot and as usual he promised that the truck would be fixedNow i'm not saying that he is responsible but its without a reasonable doubt that this mechanic that works on his cars knew that something was wrong with tha

I am a single mother who works as a registered nurse in a maximum security person, I am not allowed to have cell phones in the facilityI work to hours a week while managing graduate school full timeWhen I get off work every single day I see that I have been called multiple times throughout the day and my entot family after I have asked them on multiple occasions not to contact my familyMy grandmother is very sick and does not need the extra stress but yet they continue to call herThis particular business knows I work for a maximum security prison and am not allo rd a phone to communicateYet they call my work place without my permission, causing me complete and utt r embarrassment among my managers and co workersI do my best to pay them when I canI paid this company over one hundred dollars and I told them I am working to get caught up, but they do not take no fo an answerThey harass me on a daily basis as if I am an criminalI am no criminal, not even a simple seatbelt ticketI do not appreciate the way this particular company runs things nor I do I appreciate ar them coming to my door late in the afternoon when it is dark banging on my door and frightening my childI will be reporting this incidence to my lawyer and I highly advise nobody do business with future financialThey are horrible people and do not try to help anyoneI know my laws and I will be throughly reporting thisHarassment is a serious crime especially to a law abiding citizen who is doing her absolute best

they did a credit check on me and my wife without our permission
On June 14th my wife and I were invited to my sister in laws house for a cookware demonstrationAt the end of the demonstration the salesman said that he needed our information to show his boss that people had showed up and that we may be interested in the productI filled out the form, he did not indicate that the form was a credit applicationI put mine and my wife's information down and told him to call me the next day because we wanted to decide what we were going to get if we got anything and he agreedhe never called and I didn't have a number to reach himso me and my wife forgot about itI checked my credit in late July and saw that future financial had ran a credit check on me and my wifewe did not give anyone permission to do thatI may have signed the form but my wife did not sign anythingI called future financial and told them about this and they said that there is nothing that they can do and the

One of future financial employees called my job and was being disrespectful.On May 9 2014 [redacted] from future financial called my job asking about my account. I told him I no longer have the car and I shared with him where the car was. He started raising his voice telling me I owe them money I need to pay them now. Then he told me I'm going to have magistrate papers filed and their going to serve your sorry [redacted] at your job. I told him not to call my job or send the sheriff to my job they have my address. Well by this time I got my manager and let her witness the conversation. [redacted] belittle my job by saying oh your job is [redacted] all you do is scan groceries how about you get a real job so you can pay me my money. Before hanging up with the phone on him because he was disrespecting me to the max [redacted] stated that you [redacted] always trying to get over on people but I'm going to serve papers at your job. My manager told him that she would like for him to not call my job and don't serve papers at my job. [redacted] told her it wasn't a [redacted] thing she could do about it. I have statements from my boss, other employees, and I also have customers that witness and heard the conversation they all wrote statements. I put [redacted] on speaker phone because I wanted other people to hear how he was talking to me so I can have witnesses so it wouldn't be my word against his. I have never had someone to talk to me like that. I know I was behind in my payment but they knew the reason was because I went from working 40 hours a week to now 29 hours a week. Now I'm a full time book keeper at my job and I also have a part time job. I was going to pay all I have to to catch up on my account. [redacted] was so disrespectful when he said you [redacted]. Like I said I let other people witness the conversation because he was saying too many negative things to me.Desired SettlementI would like for them to not get my job involved by constantly calling my job.
