I have attached the specification sheet for the Prime Comfort product.  The Prime Comfort product that is on display at the store was manufactured December 2014.   Future Foam has made some minor improvements to the product with a lighter blue color which will have an appearance difference from the sample to the current manufactured product.   The specifications of the product have not changed and the product installed is a 100% virgin prime urethane with a double moisture barrier.  It is unfortunate that the customer is unhappy with the product. Therefore, the consumer needs to contact Future Foam Customer Service at ###-###-#### to discuss getting reimbursed.

Review: I purchased carpet padding from Home Depot who received the product from future foam. The display shows future foams most expensive product sold under the name of prime comfort. I took a photograph of the sample on display. These samples are supplied by the manufacturer. The order was placed in approximately mid October 2015. When I received the product mid-december it was not the same as that on display. I question this and was told that it was the same product just a newer version. I have requested spec sheets because they do not appear to be the same and the one delivered appears to be inferior. It is my belief that this is a prime example of bait and switch.

.Desired Settlement: I advise Home Depot that I did not feel that it was good business to display one product and deliver another. I was advised by the manager at the Home Depot store that they did not have a current sample which is supposed to be supplied by future foam. I was also advised that according to a representative from this company that the newer version of the padding came out in April of 2015. Home Depot manager [redacted] advised that he would personally make a sample showing the correct padding because they had not received any from the company.
