I have attached the specification sheet for the Prime Comfort product The Prime Comfort product that is on display at the store was manufactured December Future Foam has made some minor improvements to the product with a lighter blue color which will have an appearance difference from the sample to the current manufactured product The specifications of the product have not changed and the product installed is a 100% virgin prime urethane with a double moisture barrier It is unfortunate that the customer is unhappy with the productTherefore, the consumer needs to contact Future Foam Customer Service at ###-###-#### to discuss getting reimbursed

NATURE OF DISPUTE:Future Foam offers a 20 Year Manufacturer Warranty on a bed I purchased; however, they are refusing to warranty the bed.
I purchased a Slumber Solutions 14-inch King-size Gel Memory Foam Mattress from...

Overstock.com, on August 4, 2014.
In early to mid 2015 the mattress ripped in half straight down the middle. I contacted the warranty company, and after sending proof via photos of the ripped mattress, they mailed out a new one.
Recently the replacement mattress I received less than a year ago has had an issue. I contacted the warranty company again, and after sending proof via photos that the mattress was defective, I was told by Ia Yang, that the mattress would be replaced. However, she emailed me back later saying she's unable to replace the mattress because I've already received a replacement once before.
Overstock.com, states that the mattress has a 20 year warranty, not a one time replacement warranty. Both times, I've sent proof via pictures of the defective mattresses, and I expect to receive a replacement since the mattress is defective.
Ia Yang did offer to replace the mattress after I emailed her pictures of the defect, but then changed her mind once she saw I already received a replacement once before, for the mattress that ripped in half. Ia Yang, then suggested I mail the king size mattress to their facility on my own expense, so they can inspect it. This option is not reasonable, because shipping will probably cost more than the mattress is worth, & because I will not have a mattress for a few weeks.
Ia Yang, then offered to replace the second mattress; however, I will not receive a warranty on it. This is also not reasonable, because the last two mattresses I received have not even lasted more than 2 years. Based off of my previous experience with these mattresses, I am just not willing to take the chance.
As stated previously, Overstock.com, states that the mattress has a 20 year manufacturer warranty, not a one time replacement warranty. Therefore, the mattress should be replaced, as I was originally told by Ia Yang, due to the defect. The first mattress ripped in half straight down the middle, and this mattress has a permanent 3 inch dip, causing my husband & I to roll into each other. I have sent proof of this via photos to Ia Yang, she said she'd replace it, but changed her mind after seeing I already received a replacement once before.
I can also send proof of the email thread where Ia Yang offered to replace the mattress because she saw there was a defect through the photos, but then told me she cannot because I've already received a replacement. I also have photos showing that there is a 3 inch dip in the middle of the mattress.
DESIRED RESOLUTION::I want the warranty company to honor their 20 year manufacturer warranty they offer on Overstock.com site. If not, I want a full refund of $509.99 so I can purchase a mattress elsewhere.

Customer has been refunded a prorated amount of $510. Customer confirmed check was received on 1/6. Please see email attached.
