I can appreciate this business' confidence in their products and services. However, it's simply not for me. Furthermore, for some hard-working people, such as myself, spending over $2500 in their currency and not receiving the equivalence in value is very stressful. We have reviewed the consumer's response to complaint ID [redacted].We have offered support to this consumer multiple times. By purchasing she committed to doing the recommended work in order to grow her business. Our product guarantee was clearly stated and available prior to her purchasing and committing herself to the program. This policy is to the greatest benefit of the consumer, as we have seen in these cases that once a consumer uses our program, it works and a refund is no longer required because they are getting clients and having success financially.
