This customer came back approxmonths after she purchased the vehicle and ask to have A Plan pricingShe came in for service numerous times and we also replaced her windshield at no cost to herFuture Ford has no reason to deny anyone this pricing as long as they have a Pin number and qualify
under Fords' guide linesIn fact Future Ford would have made an additional $on this transaction if she had requested A Plan pricing when she purchased the car

Unfortunately, I don't believe anything will be resolved with this Revdex.com complaintIf you're going to state fictitious and asinine statements such as "threaten me with a lawyer", that shows how appalling your customer service isFirst of all, there is no basis or merit to even threaten you with a lawyerYour dealership never sold the car to me nor had a scenario that is even applicable of utilizing a lawyerSecondly, to state a blatant lie of "threaten me with a lawyer" is quite lowThe phone calls are recorded, and I would highly advise you to ask for a transcript of the phone callThird, YOUR own employees told advised me to try for a lemon law by utilizing an attorneyYour own employees stated that course of action against Ford corporate

You can't get better than Future Ford of Clovis. They are the best.

Future Ford settled with Mrs. Yarnell by sending a difference check that she ask for to her lender. Our rebates and incentives change on a monthly basis and we have no control over them.

They stated that they paid for the windshield. I paid 100.00 to replace it my son talked to them and they said they would pay for all . on his way home they called me and told me I needed to pay 100.00 which I said o.k. not knowing that my son already had it handled. Also I went and talked to some one at Ford and he told me they would give me 1,200.00. That was the best they could do. And they wanted to get the Revdex.com done with. After reading the Sunday paper I noted they are giving customers rebates of 4450.00. That included 1000.00 for a trade in. I still feel I am being taken advantage of.
