There is now a Small Claims Case pending so at this point we will need to have the pending litigation resolved prior to any further comment

The Future Ford in Concord CA is attempting to evade responsibilityI took my Lincoln in for a Transmission Fluid changeMy car started and was moved to the service area and they somehow activated the kill switch to the car and the car would not startThey could not even moved the car from the service area cause they drained all the fluid out of the carSo I was sent home on Bart and the BusThey changed out the Tilt Lever Grab Bar that originally came with the car and did some other work with the battery, called me the next day and said they moved some "wires" around in the car and the car startedI did not believe that storyTo add insult to injury the dealer never wrote me a response only after the third letter which I sent to the dealerI finally received a sentence letter from (B.I.) that said he is awaiting a response from the B.A.RI talked with this manHe is the same investigator who failed to see that another Ford Dealership broke the parking brake to the same car for the same Transmission service and sided with the dealerConsumer cannot afford to bring their car in for standard servicing and come out with outrage damage done to their car by Ford Dealers in an attempt to get more money out of us because they need to generate moneyWhat of the investigator? His dereliction of duty when it comes to consumers should be looked intoThe Future Ford in Concord CA broke my alarm which costed me $228.00, the steering-wheel column costs $1,in which I am asking for 1/of the cost which is $568.00, and cost for Bart and Bus transportation faresBesides, I took my car to get a Smog Test the same day of the servicing of the Transmission service, and the car had no alarm issuesThe car was at the Smog place at 10:and the Transmission service was at 11:30amThe Future Ford in Concord is responsible for the damage to the carBesides as of this date August 30, 2015, the Investigator from the B.A.Rhas not sent me a responseHe did the same in

As I have mentioned before, the Future Ford Concord CA Store is responsible for breaking my car alarm and changing out the steering-wheel lock on my Lincoln LS which I had for yearsBesides, the Smog Test that was performed on the vehicle passed *** there was no malfunctioning of the car alarmThis is now a subject matter of the CourtThe Future Ford in Concord CA should except responsibilityThey are relying on a BAR reportToday is Sept18th As I have stated before, I have received no final findings from Mr*as he is siding with the dealer
