I did a roof for the prior owner before they sold the house My warranty, whether workmanship or not, does not transfer to a new owner - only the manufacturer’s warranty does My customer that owned the house prior to him was [redacted] *** They didn’t sell the house until about months after I did the work Any workmanship warranty is invalid after the house is sold I put a year warranty on my work that is not transferable This is standard practice If he calls me, I will respond to him to try to find out what is going on, but I have not heard from this man, as he is not my customer
